Twinkle Khanna's Morning Walk Goes Down The Toilet & Twitter Flushes The Irony Savagely

Twinkle Khanna is hands down the most savage, funniest and wittiest person on Twitter, who never lets anything slide past her easily. Honestly, thanks to her and her hilarious and sarcastic remarks that even the mundane news pieces interest us. It is her sarcasm that led her and Twitter to an interesting revelation. While actor Akshay Kumar is still basking in the success of his movie ‘Toilet: Ek prem Katha', his wife aka Mrs. Funnybones seems to have guessed the plot for the movie's second season already. Well, not really! But if the producers and directors look at her tweet, who knows they might give it a thought.

Good morning and I guess here is the first scene of Toilet Ek Prem Katha part 2 #WhenYourWalkGoesDownTheToilet pic.twitter.com/tfyTQs8BFM

Her tweet has visibly left the internet laughing and face-palming over the ignorance of some people who openly defecate. Maybe they still need ‘fresh air' to relieve themselves. While Khanna was spot on with her sarcasm, Twitter too couldn't stop itself from adding a tinge of wit and dollop of humour in the reactions.  In fact, some even dug up old tweets of Maharashtra's CM Devendra Fadnavis, where he spoke about Mumbai becoming Open Defecation Free (ODF). But, this picture narrates another story.

    Great news for Mumbai !
    Congratulations to all Mumbaikars!

Good job BMC and Shri Ajoy Mehta ! pic.twitter.com/WfIQJQmeSs

The government has created a lot of toilets in the school for the girls, but failed to create toilets in the public area.

    — Rachit Gupta (@rachitattweet) August 19, 2017

But people should be awake too : they can always go to closest toilet

    — pallavi ghosh (@_pallavighosh) August 19, 2017

While people started arguing over the fact that there aren't many toilets for us, Khanna was quick to respond that there was a toilet a few minutes away from the scene.

Exactly! The public toilet is a 7-8 minute walk from this particular spot... https://t.co/4533Q4YbWy

    — The Shobhanjan (@wonderboy_deo) August 19, 2017

He might be desperate and couldn't wait to go to the public toilets lol ð

Smell of fresh air!!! Lucky you

7-8 minute is good amount seeing the amount of pressure built up.

    Early morning शà¥à¤ with a sea side view..The dude's made it!ðð

Well, clearly it looks like it will take more than a film to change the mindset of the society when it comes to open defecation, but that the movie was made to bring about a positive in the society is what's worth appreciating.

Having said that, the Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer movie has already entered the Rs. 100 crore Club within a few days of its release and the success is just the beginning, we don't think the crze will fade away anytime soon. The movie talks about Keshav and Jaya who fall in love and get married. However, on her first day, she realizes that there is not a single toilet in the village and women have to go to the fields in the dark to relieve themselves. She walks out of her husband's home and then starts Keshav's struggle to get the love of his life back by building toilets in the village.
