MULTAN: Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the speedo bus service on Thursday here as an initiative to propagate rapid mass transportation system in the province.

The CM Punjab was addressing the inauguration ceremony in Multan.

The CM Punjab said that no government worked for Southern Punjab as the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government did.

He said that a clean water project costing Rs24 billion is in the pipeline for southern Punjab.

While criticizing arch rival party, the Tehreek-e-Insaf Pakistan, Shehbaz said that the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province only spoke of a new Pakistan but never worked regarding it.

?Imran harshly criticized metro bus service in Lahore but then himself inaugurated the bus service in Peshawar,? he said. 

The CM Punjab congratulated the residents of Multan on the occasion of the inauguration of 100 speedo buses.
