WASHINGTON: President Donald Trump will Friday unveil the US position with regard to the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, the White House said.

"At 12:45 tomorrow, the president will deliver remarks announcing the strategy to the country," said White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Trump is expected to back away from endorsing the agreement, opening the door for Congress to re-impose sanctions on Tehran.
