Won't reciprocate opponents' misbehaviour, says Shehbaz

LONDON: Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif Wednesday said that they will not reciprocate opponents' misbehaviour for it is no service to the nation.
He was speaking to media after holding a video-link meeting with officials in Punjab.
Shehbaz said those spoiling the culture of Pakistan through their misconduct are not doing any service to the nation.
The Punjab CM praised the Pakistani high commissioner for making exemplary arrangements for the meeting.
"Previously it would take days for officials to come to Lahore for meetings from far-flung areas, nowadays they connect via video-link from their respective districts," he said.
"This is a clear evidence of PML-N's popularity," Shehbaz replied, when asked about a recent survey, which showed his party's popularity has not gone down with the cases and criticism the Sharif family is facing. "This [popularity] cannot be taken easily."
Questioned whether Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan and reports of his seeking an asylum, he said: "Now you are making things up. He (Nawaz) had a medical check-up here; he is a man and not an angel, and things, good and bad happen to everyone."
