ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is chairing a meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) in the PM Office.

In the meeting, the premier along with the cabinet are reviewing economic developments and the ongoing work on the developmental projects all over the country. 

The committee includes ministers of communications, petroleum, commerce, industries and production, information, law, planning, railways, food and power and water.

After the meeting, the premier is expected to arrive in Karachi for a two-day visit. Sources have informed that PM Abbasi will attend the inauguration of oil pipeline project at the Port Qasim and will also address at the Pakistan Navy?s passing out parade tomorrow.

PM Abbasi will also inaugurate two new schemes by the State Bank of Pakistan tomorrow.
