Krunal Pandya, on 27 December, joined the long list of cricketers to get married this year. The Mumbai Indians all-rounder married his long-time girlfriend Pakhuri Sharma at the JW Marriott in Juhu, Mumbai. While everyone has been talking about Kohli and Anushka Sharma's reception, Krunal's marriage is pretty much kept at bay in the media. The Indian all-rounder was seen shaking a leg to a hit Punjabi number with his elder brother Krunal at the pre-wedding bash. Indian batsman Manish Pandey was also seen dancing with Hardik but just couldn't match the crazy energy levels of the latter on the dance floor.

Ahead of his wedding, Krunal had also expressed his excitement over spending the rest of his life with Pankhuri by sharing a series of photographs which were themed around cricket. On one hand, where Hardik has become a vital cog in the Indian cricket team, his elder brother Krunal has been making serious in-roads towards joining him on the national side. Krunal's superlative innings against Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) in the final of IPL 2017 helped him earn the 'Man of the Match'. Earlier this year, he also received his maiden India A call-up for the tour of South Africa.
