Folks on Twitter are known for their killer sense of humor. They can turn anything and everything into a meme and within minutes, it'll viral over the internet. Also, if someone commits a mistake, Twitterati can be as unforgiving as it can get. Especially if you are a celebrity. 

Karan Johar has been trolled a number of times in the past but this time, he saw it coming. At least we think he should have. 

He went on to his Twitter account to announce the female lead of his upcoming film 'Kesari'- Parineeti Chopra. It is highly likely that you have heard it by now. 

But what you might not know is that with this announcement came a picture of Akshay Kumar's bearded look from 'Kesari' and not of Parineeti's.

Now we have to agree that this does look a little absurd but we could've let this slide because maybe, Parineeti's hasn't started shooting for the film or they didn't want to reveal her 'look' yet. 

But Twitter didn't spare a minute to troll the hell out of KJo which compelled the director-producer to tweet an apology later and re-announce her addition to the cast.
