Photo: TOLONewsKABUL: An explosion has been reported in the Afghan capital Kabul, according to TOLONews.
The news organisation said, quoting eyewitnesses, that the explosion occurred in the Qabel Bai area of the city.
Ambulances have been seen in the area, TOLOnews reported.
It added that the target of the explosion was apparently a convoy of foreign forces which was passing through the area.
