LAHORE: It appears that the chief justice of Pakistan, Justice Saqib Nisar, is just as much a cricket fan as any other Pakistani.
In photos tweeted by the Pakistan Cricket Board, the country's top judge could be seen enjoying the Karachi Kings vs Peshawar Zalmi match at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Photos showed the chief justice sitting next to Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Najam Sethi in the stadium's VIP enclosure.
According to reports, the chief justice came to watch the match on the special invitation of Najam Sethi.
The PSL's initial matches have concluded in Dubai and Sharjah and the tournament moved to Lahore, before concluding with the final in Karachi on March 25. Gaddafi Stadium hosted its first elimination match on March 20, between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators.
The winner of today?s match will qualify to play final against Karachi Kings on March 25 in National Stadium, Karachi ? after over nine years since the city last hosted foreign cricketers.
