This story is from Amreli, Gujarat. The locals spotted a lioness trapped inside a well in the locality – a 50 feet deep dry well. The lioness had reportedly fallen into the well. Forest officials were informed.

The locals lowered a cot inside the well using ropes to let the lioness climb up so it could be pulled up. In the evening, the forest officials rescued the lioness and released it into the forest. This video will restore your faith in mankind.
