After a lot of speculation and much ado about nothing, the duo was not denying what was very obvious to the media's glare. The flames erupted after rumours of them getting close in Bulgaria started doing the rounds. They are starring in a movie together and Alia broke up with long time beau, Sid Malhotra as well. Eventually, they started making a lot of appearances together and were seen hand-in-hand at 'Raazi' promotions as well.

The doubts started yet again when Rishi Kapoor tweeted his fondness for the Bhatt family. Everyone was convinced that this is the confirmation we needed. However, whatever tag you give Ranbir, you've got to applaud his sheer honesty when it comes to his relationships. In a recent interview with a leading magazine, he opened up about his relationship with Alia and confirmed the two are indeed dating. He said that “it's still very new” and they were taking their time. The funny thing is that the internet is actually worried about Katrina Kaif. She was in a long term relationship with Ranbir and is also Alia's BFF. The two even came on a chat show together and are very vocal about their fierce sisterhood.
