According To Rahul Gandhi, A Dhaba Wala Founded McDonald's & A Shikanji Wala Started Coca-Cola

Right now, I'm very conflicted about Rahul Gandhi; on one hand, I want someone to take the mic away from him before he says something so stupid because there's just so much second-hand embarrassment. But, on the other hand, I want him to keep making speeches and entertain us instead of enlightening us. Whatever he says, it's always, always hilarious and meme-worthy.

Yes, we've laughed at everything our very own Pappu has ever said, but this time he's honestly outdone himself. Taking a dig PM Narendra Modi is his favourite thing to do, as everyone already knows, but it almost always backfires and he gets mercilessly trolled on Twitter.

Does he learn from his mistakes? No, of course not, he goes on to make bigger, even funnier mistakes.

Rahul Gandhi Said A Shikanji Wala Founded Coca-ColaTwitter

This time the Congress President tried again to undermine PM Modi while addressing party workers belonging to the Other Backward Class (OBC) community during a public meeting at Delhi's Talkatora Stadium. He talked about how people working hard behind the scenes never reap the benefits in India because it's always enjoyed by others.

He said, “People with skills are not rewarded in India... farmers work hard but you don't see them in the offices of Modi ji.”

Then, he went on to compare our country with the USA to prove his point, and at that moment, everything started going wrong, oh so wrong.

To draw examples, he started talking about companies like Coca-Cola and McDonald's and how hard work paid off for the people behind them. Yes, his point was still fine, but his research was lacking a little too much.

Rahul Gandhi Said A Shikanji Wala Founded Coca-ColaTwitter

He said the guy who started Coca-Cola was a 'shikanji' seller in the US before making it big. If this wasn't enough, he went to say a guy who ran a 'dhaba' founded McDonald's.

Actually, just watch the whole speech, it's that hilarious.

I love how he's probably thinking he's so smart and how he made such a huge point. Soon after the video caught the people's eye, #AccordingToRahulGandhi became the top trending hashtag.

I have to say one thing though, the world according to Rahul Gandhi does seem very interesting, I will give him that.

Here are the best tweets that came with this hashtag.
