A Karachi Politician Literally Gets Down & Dirty For Votes


How far would you go to prove a point? I mean, how far will be too far? We've seen some extreme protests and campaigns, but this particular person used the most bizarre way to grab everyone's attention.

Politicians usually do anything and everything in their power to get votes and sway the people into voting for them, but a politician from Karachi has one-upped every one out there with his 'publicity stunt'.

Ayaz Memon Motiwala, an independent candidate from the Aam Admi Pakistan party, was so done with the unhygienic and faulty sewage system in his locality, that he took it upon himself to show everyone the horrible conditions, especially right before the elections. See, now that's called being smart.

Promise the people you are the only one that can help clean up all the mess, and they will surely vote for you.

But, he went the extra mile to bring the problem to everyone's attention. From lowering himself in a gutter to literally having a meal sitting in a pile of garbage, he made sure his campaign stood apart in every way imaginable.

Well, actually there's more. If you thought this was too extra, he even ended up donning the Pakistan flag and drank the sewage water he was seen lying in. Yep, he went there.

Moreover, he went live on his Facebook page to tell the voters, that the leaders of the ruling party and even the opposition never cared about Karachi's infrastructure, leaving him as the only viable option who can bring about a change. 

Okay, that does sound a little convincing, doesn't it? I mean, just look at how far he went to put his point forward.
