So Justin Bieber is performing in India and we Indians have controversies ready for international stars like a T&C star on a packet of biscuits. The line up is okay, but Sonakshi Sinha is also performing with him.

All was well until Kailash Kher decided to make his presence felt with a  view that makes sense to some and none to others. Over a phonic interview to IANS, he proclaimed his annoyance with this set up. "I read somewhere that a Canadian singer Justin Bieber is coming to India, and actress Sonakshi will perform at the gig. They (people from foreign shores) will think that Sonakshi must be a big singer in India. And then she will get concert offers from Canada, and then probably Sonakshi will laugh them off saying 'I am not a singer but an actor. Whenever any singer from the West comes to India, we get an actor on board to match their level. We don't get singer for another singer, but actor... Event managers and producers of entertainment industry are so scared."

Sonakshi is gearing up to perform with Bieber in Mumbai soon. If you look at this practically, in her defense, she took up the offer because someone offered her to do it, right? We get the fact that Kher is standing up for the authenticity of artists but then it’s the organisers who should be blamed. We really dig his music though, seriously.
