One of the biggest challenges for people with belly fat is dressing up. You want to wear fashionable clothes, and also hide your paunch - which doesn't seem to be an achievable goal. 

On top of that, if you're a foodie, the problem seems to magnify over time. The result? Frustration, an apathy towards fashion, and general nervousness when it comes to shopping for clothes. 

This is exactly what Vineet Kumar Sharma, our main man for the 5th Episode of 'Groom Barabar Groom', was facing.

Vineet is a travel consultant and a foodie, who finds it extremely difficult to dress fashionably while effectively hiding his belly fat. However, the GBG team loves a challenge, and they immediately vowed to make it happen for Vineet. 

Host Siddharth Batra along with celebrity stylist Akshay Tyagi, and designer Pawan Sachdeva got to work and picked out some amazing pieces from Mr Sachdeva's brilliant collection of jackets and other pieces.

Once the outfit bit was sorted, it was time for Vineet to meet celebrity hairstylist Rod Anker, who ended up giving Vineet the makeover of a lifetime. Rod worked on making his haircut more angular and shaped his facial hair so that it looks edgier.

The person that emerged was a stylish, confident, fashionable, and most importantly, happy man. Vineet was over the moon about his new avatar.

We've seen multiple grooming and makeover shows for women over the years, but none for men. MenXP wishes to change that. 

Now more than ever, men are more up-to-date with all the latest trends when it comes to grooming products or the latest fashion. On the other end of the spectrum, a majority of them don't know where to even begin.

With Groom Baraabar Groom, MensXP wants to create India's first male-focused makeover show that along with being a masterclass in everything fashion and grooming, will provide a safe space for underconfident guys to overcome their self-perceived shortcomings. Some of these guys might not even know the reason for years of self-doubt in them that we might have a very simple solution for. 

From a much-needed haircut to hygiene routines like pedicures, styling based on the body type (short, tall, skinny, overweight), fashion and grooming advice and a little note on improving self-confidence to finally the big reveal -- our show is more about breaking self-inflicted notions of physical shortcomings rather than a superficial makeover.

MensXP wants to change the grooming game in India with this show.
