plugin Introduction Notice for IPS 1.0.2

This plugin will redirect a user to a forum until they have posted in it.

Settings:

• Groups - selected groups that will be redirected if they haven't posted
• Forum - the forum to redirect users to
• Title - title of the notice
• Content - content of the notice
• Fixed the issue where all users no matter which group (except guests) where being redirected.
