It's been a while since we saw a grand and proper celebrity wedding. I mean, last we remember it was Anushka Sharma marrying Virat Kohli, and boy, that was a really, really long time ago.

This season too, looks like the perfect time to get hitched, and going by the rumors that are currently doing the rounds, here are the Bollywood star couples who might end up tying the knot soon.

    1. Vicky Kaushal & Katrina Kaif © Twitter
This star couple of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif is definitely the next in line to get married with the news of their marriage doing the rounds on social media for quite some time.

While there has been no confirmation from any of the actors, their wedding is reported to have been finalized from December 1 to December 7 at the Six Senses Fort Barwara, which is a resort in Sawai Madhopur, about 30 minutes from Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan.
    2. Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt © Twitter
This is the one star couple that would have the grandest of all weddings. The marriage between Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will bring together the Kapoor 'dynasty' with the Bhatts.

According to sources, Ranbir and Alia were to tie the knot last year, but because of Rishi Kapoor's demise, the family put plans on hold indefinitely. However, lately, their wedding plan has been back on track but sources state they might get married sometime next year instead of this year.
    3. Malaika Arora Khan & Arjun Kapoor © Twitter
Both Malaika and Arjun have barely kept their relationship a secret and marriage has definitely been on the cards for both the stars. Malaika, who had a divorce with Arbaaz Khan, might have been smitten by Arjun Kapoor but the duo has long maintained that they don't want to rush into anything. However, it's been a while since that and their amazing vacation pictures suggest that we might actually see them taking the oath of marriage soon.

    4. Ali Fazal & Richa Chadha © BCCL
The talented actor-couple were set to get married back in 2020, however the pandemic splashed water all over their plans. As per reports, Ali had even proposed to Richa in the Maldives last year and their wedding preparations were almost done but they were forced to postpone it.

However, now with normal life restored to an extent, it might just be the right time for them to decide the date, with the wedding festivities already reported to take place in Mumbai, Lucknow, and New Delhi, as per sources.
    5. Sushmita Sen & Rohman Shawl © Instagram/Sushmita Sen
The beautiful couple has been dating for over 2 years and has barely kept anything a secret. They have even been asked about their wedding plans on Instagram Live sessions where the duo have jokingly flirted with the idea of figuring out dates amongst each other.

While there have been no confirmations from either on a set date, we expect the duo to get hitched soon, anytime between this year to the next.

There are only a handful of films that leave us wanting for more even after theatre lights turn and the credits start rolling. Not necessarily the films ending on a happy note, but the ones that often leave us confused and crave for answers in the end.

    © Eros International
Why is it that some really good movies, especially those that end with a cliffhanger or an open-ended climax never get a sequel while films like ‘Baaghi’ and ‘SOTY’ keep on coming up with a whole series of films? That’s unfair. There are so many movies that we wished had an equally amazing sequel so we could get some answers after all.

    © UTV Motion Pictures
Here are 6 such films where it was left to the audience to imagine and speculate what happened next, and we have been waiting for a sequel since, because we gotta know.

    1. The Lunch Box
A brillant, offbeat film that is made once in a blue moon in Bollywood. It deals with the parallel worlds of a widower and a woman stuck in a loveless marriage. In the end, it isn’t clear whether Saajan and Ila meet in the end. Did Saajan get her letter? Did she leave for Bhutan with her daughter? How did her husband react? A sequel would help, thanks!
    2. Piku
A wholesome movie showcasing the real relationship between a father and a daughter has a wholesome ending. However, when Rana asks how she will live all alone without her dad, Piku responds by saying “My father has prepared me for this.” What exactly did she mean? Also, we never got to see what happens with those two.
    3. Go Goa Gone
We have been waiting for a zombie apocalypse since 2013 now. Not in real life but in the sequel of India’s first zom-com Go Goa Gone that ended with the five slayers arriving on the shore and a note that said, “End is near….wait for the sequel.” They successfully flee the island only to come to see everything was damaged. There was an apocalypse implied which we never got.
    4. Andhadhun
In the ending scene, a blind Akash is seen playing piano in Kraków where Sophie finds him and then he knocks over a can with his stick. Everyone who watched this black comedy asked one question as the credits rolled, “Is he blind or can see now?” Did he take the offer to get treated by Dr. Swami? What was up with the rabbit? We need answers.
    5. Dil Dhadakne Do
We know that Ayesha ended her marriage and reunites with her ‘bachpan ka pyaar’ Sunny who promises to wait for her forever, but did Kabir & family manage to find Farah? And did Noorie and Rana have the courage to come clean about their affair to their parents? Also, we would love to see Ayesha and Sunny’s love story picking pace in the sequel.
    6. PK
PK successfully goes back to his ‘gola’ and returns after a year with another alien (played by Ranbir Kapoor) and we gotta know what happens next. It would be interesting to see him teach the human ways of living on Earth to his friend and meeting Jaggu again whose family isn’t probably superstitious like before.

Whether you’re in a romantic relationship, or part of a closely knit family or simply super-attached to your best-friend, there will come a time when despite knowing them so well, you’d be at a loss of words.

    via GIPHY
These moments are usually the ones where the other person calls you in a state of panic and self-deprecation, leaving you befuddled about what to say or do next to make them feel better. And speaking from experience, saying ‘calm down’ seldom ever works. If anything, it only adds fuel to the fire, and last we checked, no one wants that.
Which is why, next time you feel confused or troubled about how to manage to calm someone down without asking them to calm down, here are a few things you can do instead!
    1) Offer Them Space To Cool Off
    via GIPHY
It’s okay sometimes to not have the perfect thing to say to someone who is panicking or getting hyper. And it is during that time, when you can let your actions make up for it. Instead of giving advice right away, allow the person to take her time to chill out. Offer them a glass of water, suggest them to take deep breaths or even take a stroll. This way, you’d perhaps be suggesting ways for them to calm down, without actually saying it.
    2) Don’t Dismiss Their Feelings
    via GIPHY
Instead of simply denying their feelings or their emotions, by dismissive statements like ‘don’t worry about that’, or ‘why would you feel this way’, try to validate their feelings for a change. Telling the other person how they may be wrong in experiencing a certain emotion will only make them feel more aloof or even attacked for simply sharing. Hence, you can start by supporting them and saying things like, ‘I understand’, or ‘that must be so stressful’. This way, they’re more likely to feel heard and will eventually simmer down.
    3) Let Them Arrive At The Solution
    via GIPHY
There are times when someone we love calls us up in a state of mess and the first thing that comes to mind is to offer them a quick fix. We simply start trying to come up with a solution for them, instead of enabling them to arrive on it by themselves. Rather than coming up with ideas to fix their worries, support them long enough so that they are back in a position to deal with their crisis. Chances are, they already know what to do but are simply a little overwhelmed.
    4) Don’t Be Judgemental
    via GIPHY
The biggest piece of advice here would be to be there for your friend or your partner without making them feel that you’re judging them for their reaction. Whether or not they are presently blowing things out of proportion, it won’t be the right time to point it out or even give them a hint about you being judgemental about it. Sometimes simple reassurance and acknowledgement does more than anything else.
    5) Ask Them How You Can Contribute
    via GIPHY
The best way you can help someone who is overreacting or getting anxious to calm down, is by conveying to them how they’re not alone, and that you’re there for them, willing to do help. Even a simple, ‘Is there any way I can make this better’ can go a long way in making them feel better and a lot more calmer. Because sometimes, all you need is to know someone has your back.

Aryan Khan, the eldest son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was finally released on bail just a few days ago, ending what was a traumatic month for the entire Khan family. The 23-year-old was detained by the NCB on October 2 in a Goa-bound cruise ship drug bust and was later moved to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai, where he spent the rest of the days.

However, after almost spending an entire month in jail and having his bail application repeatedly rejected, the star kid was finally released back to parents Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, who have now devised a proper plan to keep their son safe. Here are the four steps SRK & Gauri are taking to protect Aryan.

    1. A Personal Bodyguard © Twitter
According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan's number one priority is basically ensuring that son Aryan remains in the best mental and physical state. Shah Rukh, who always has bodyguard Ravi Singh by his side, will be hiring a bodyguard for Aryan as well and is even reported to have been frustrated by the idea of not doing it sooner.
A source of the Khan family, while speaking to Bollywood Life, said, “Shah Rukh is shaken. He’s wondering if things would have gone to this level if there was a bodyguard with Aryan, who took care of him. Just like he has Ravi, who has been guarding him, SRK now is looking to appoint one for Aryan asap.”
    2. Health Check Up & A Proper Diet Plan For Aryan © BCCL
Having spent almost a month in jail, SRK & Gauri are clearly worried about the physical health of their son Aryan and are making sure that he undergoes all medical tests. As per a source, "Aryan will undergo a slew of health check-ups since he has been away from home and we all know the conditions inside jails. Also, it is more important keeping Covid in mind."

It was also revealed that Aryan had not been eating inside the jail, which led to Gauri hiring nutritionists to devise a proper diet plan for his recovery. "A proper diet advisory from expert nutritionists after Aryan's thorough blood tests will be followed," said the source.
    3. Hiring A Counsellor For His Mental Health © Twitter
Shah Rukh and Gauri have also been wary of ensuring that whatever trauma Aryan underwent inside the jail is dealt with as soon as possible and have set up counseling sessions for him.

"Aryan is just 23-year-old and he has gone through a lot the past 28 days. Being arrested and sent to jail with hardened criminals, to live inside four walls in such horrible conditions, is not easy for anyone. Shah Rukh and Gauri have been very worried about Aryan's mental state and the trauma he must have gone through. They have planned counseling sessions for Aryan to start as soon as possible so that he can come out of all that this chapter has broken inside him," the source said.
    4. No Parties & Keeping A Tab On Aryan's Friends © BCCL
For a month, Aryan has been under insane public scrutiny with a lot of things being said and written about him. However, having been subjected to that since the cruise ship raid where Aryan and his friends had been enjoying a party, Shah Rukh and Gauri are planning to take all steps to keep Aryan out of the limelight. This will mean keeping him away from parties, public glare, while also keeping a tab on all of Aryan's friends.

It might seem a tad bit too harsh, but Shah Rukh and Gauri clearly want to protect Aryan in any way possible.

India’s match against New Zealand was a nightmare and a big disappointment for every fan out there. While Indian fans continue cribbing at the fate of our team, some decide to find solace in memes.

One meme which caught fire and everyone’s eye is that of actor Bobby Deol. People took a clip from a match he once played from Celebrity Cricket League and announced that he could have saved Team India from a terrible innings.

From lacklustre batting displays to uninspired bowling performances, there were several things that rang the alarm bells as India went down to New Zealand by eight wickets in Dubai.
After suffering their worst T20 defeat against Pakistan, Team India made a couple of changes, bringing in Ishan Kishan and Shardul Thakur, hoping it would magically turn their fortunes around against the Kiwis and help them notch up their first win of the tournament.

But nothing of sort happened as Team India looked even more clueless than they were against their eternal rivals a week ago. Their batting crumbled like a house of cards and they crawled to finish with 110/7 at the end of their 20 overs.
Apart from two changes in the line-up, Virat Kohli also decided to alter the batting order, sending Ishan Kishan to open the innings alongside KL Rahul and pushing senior opener Rohit Sharma down to number three.
In any big tournament you can’t change the playing 11 in just one game and get desired results. Players need stability And I’m surprised this is happening with some big names taking decisions. #ind
    — Irfan Pathan (@IrfanPathan) October 31, 2021
While most people welcomed the move to include young Kishan in the Playing XI, not many could understand as to why the team management decided to push an experienced campaigner like Rohit Sharma down the order.
The ploy to open the innings with Kishan backfired completely, allowing the critics to question the reasoning behind such a defensive mindset. Legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar feels that the decision was a clear indication that the team management had doubts whether Rohit would be able to counter the in-swinging deliveries from New Zealand’s left-arm pacer Trent Boult and wanted to protect their star batter against him.

“I don't know if it is a fear of failure but I know that whatever changes they made to the batting order today did not work. Ishan Kishan is a hit-or-miss player and it is better if a batsman like him walks in No.4 or No.5. He could then play according to the situation of the game. Now what has happened is that Rohit Sharma has been told that we don't trust you to face the left-arm fast bowling of Trent Boult,” Gavaskar said on Aaj Tak.
Bashing the decision, the ‘Little Master’ said that the decision didn’t help Rohit and added that the only thing it did was create doubt in Rohit’s mind about his own skill set against the left-arm fast bowlers and killed his confidence going into the match.
    © Reuters
“If you do that to a player who has been playing at a position for so many years, he himself will think that maybe he doesn't have the ability. If Ishan Kishan had made 70-odd runs we would have applauded. But when the ploy doesn't work, you are going to be criticised,” he added.

It was a virtual quarter-final for both sides and the Black Caps entered the match meaning only business while the Indian players approached the game with a defensive mindset and the changes that they made to their batting-order reflected the same.
Like Kohli said the players weren’t brave enough and it showed in their body language. They lacked a game plan and once the wickets started falling they just caved in to the pressure, allowing the Kiwis to go for the kill.
    © Twitter BCCI
If there was any batter in the whole Indian batting line-up who knew Trent Boult inside out then it was Rohit Sharma who spent a considerable amount of time facing him in the nets during the IPL in the last two seasons.

By sending him down the order, Team India gave Kane Williamson’s side a clear sign that they were feeling the pressure and New Zealand’s skillful bowlers cashed in on the opportunity. And by the time the first innings ended we knew who would be walking away with two points in their bag and that’s what exactly happened.
