As a part of the entertainment culture in the country, you have an idea that Bollywood celebs are always on the radar of the paparazzi. Bollywood celebs have often talked about how photographers invade their privacy a lot of times but they have learnt how to deal with the limelight over the year but it’s their kids who are at the receiving end of it because of their popularity and the paparazzi culture.
In an interview with Zoom, Gauri Khan had revealed that her kids Suhana and Aryan know that their father Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most loved celebrities and they have learnt to deal with the attention paparazzi gives them whenever they step out.
View this post on InstagramBack in 2019, Gauri said, “Both Aryan and Suhana have been away for a number of years. Aryan's been away for 8 years and Suhana has been away for seven years. They don't really face that. Once in a way, when they are back for their holidays they do get papped. But I think they are all okay with it. Because it's not a constant pressure they are in every time they step out. They are not stepping out in Bombay. They are stepping out wherever they are studying, whichever part of the world."
Gauri added that her kids also do not pay much attention despite their photos go viral. She said, “And when they come back, they step out a few times (and get papped) they deal with it. I think it's just become a way of life. They are not giving it so much attention and energy. I think they've learnt to deal with it and they're okay."

Gauri also revealed that AbRam doesn't like to be clicked that much and he avoids going out at places where he can be papped. "AbRam does not go to places where the paps are, he is avoiding them. And, I don't think he gets papped as often as he mostly stays indoors. And, I don't think that they are taking it too seriously," she said.
Currently, both Gauri and SRK are dealing with one of the toughest phases of their lives as their son Aryan has been detained by NCB in connection with the possession of drugs at a cruise party. It was a major setback for them as a Mumbai court on Friday rejected his bail plea.

Aryan Khan and seven others were arrested after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a Goa-bound cruise ship last week. After the raids conducted by undercover NCB officials, the team seized 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of Hashish, 22 pills of MDMA, and 5 grams of MD.

Mumbai Indians, the reigning champions of the Indian Premier League, failed to make it to the playoffs in the 2021 season due to lack of form, various disruptions, and a series of ill-timed injuries that either ruled them out completely or limited their abilities on the field.
One of the biggest victims of such injuries for the Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who has evidently been struggling with his lower back despite suffering a blow to it over three years ago and getting surgery back in 2019.
    Surgery done successfully

Extremely grateful to everyone for your wishes Will be back in no time! Till then miss me pic.twitter.com/XrsB8bWQ35

Unable to gather the trust of the MI medical staff, Padya has not bowled even a single delivery for the franchise in the last two seasons of the IPL and has also shown a significant drop in his strike rate with the bat between 2020 and 2021.
Yet, when the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the 15-man squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2021, Pandya’s name was present in it, leading to the fans and critics doubting the kind of output he would be able to give at the big stage.

However, during the press conference after MI’s last match of the season, skipper Rohit Sharma gave an update on Pandya’s health and a potential timeline of him returning to bowling regularly.
"In terms of his bowling, he hasn't bowled yet. So, the physios, trainers and the medical team are working on his bowling. As of now, all I know is that he hasn't bowled a single ball yet but we wanted to take one game at a time and see where he stands."

According to Sharma, Pandya will be bowling “next week or so” while suggesting that he was under constant observation of the doctors in the United Arab Emirates.
"I personally have confidence in his ability. He is getting better every time he goes on to the field. A player like him is just an innings away from getting back to his own natural way and we have seen it in the past," he explained.

The International Cricket Council announced October 10, 2021, as the deadline for making changes to their teams, it is highly unlikely that Pandya will be dropped from the Men in Blue for the T20 World Cup.

IPL 2020 champions, Mumbai Indians were unable to continue their journey towards winning their third consecutive title (and sixth overall) after being unable to gather enough points in the regular season of the 14th edition.
Now, the next interesting event for the franchise will be the mega auction ahead of the 2022 edition of the league when each and every team is expected to undergo a major overhaul.
Can they build a similar squad in the mega auction? Mumbai is eliminated but what a brilliant team they have been over the past few years!

    — The Bharat Army (@thebharatarmy) October 8, 2021 Many franchises that have failed to make an impact over a couple of years such as Punjab Kings and SunRisers Hyderabad may look for new captains, players that fit their culture, and maybe even a whole new coaching staff.
On the other hand, teams that have been extremely successful will need to open their wallets to their best players or face the chance of losing them to another franchise that may be willing to pay more.
View this post on InstagramFor a team like Mumbai Indians who have seen incredible success in the recent past and failed to make it to the postseason this year, things get a little more complicated, especially when it comes to naming their top-three players whom they are allowed to retain and not send ahead into the auction list.
Former Indian opener, Virender Sehwag recently predicted the three players MI will be retaining ahead of the mega auction.
Ex-India cricketer Virender Sehwag picked the three players Mumbai can retain ahead of the auction. The former India opener picked young Ishan Kishan, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah.@ImRo45 #RohitSharma #Cricket pic.twitter.com/oCvXu5TR5S
    — ROHIT TV (@rohittv_45) October 10, 2021
According to Sehwag, MI will look to retain their skipper Rohit Sharma, pacer Jasprit Bumrah and raw talent Ishan Kishan while risking the likes of Kieron Pollard and Trent Boult in the auction.
In the first look, the one name which sticks out like a sore thumb in this list is obviously the 23-year old Ishan Kishan, who was struggling to perform throughout the season and only got his mojo back during the last two matches.
Interestingly, MI fans who have been closely watching their squad this season, feel that the team must not be so sure about Sharma as one of their top players anymore. Many of them even left him out of their predicted list of retained players and chose Pollard as their skipper instead.
Mu retention of MI players ahead of mega auction -

    Pollard ( original captain )
    Bumrah
    Kishan
    — Yogeshsingh3765 (@YogeshS60079723) October 10, 2021Why Rohit ? He hasn't done anything for MI except eating banana in dugout.
    — . (@vp1817) October 10, 2021Rohit Sharma doesn't makes any sense
    — A. (@adeebahahaha) October 10, 2021Nohit Sharma deserves to go in auction considering his contribution for MI and if he retains himself which will prove that he is more of selfish player than team man
    — 𝑚 (@sonorousxx) October 10, 2021Pollard (underrated captain)
    Bhumrah
    Ishan
    — pavan sammeta (@sammetapavan1) October 10, 2021Reasons why Rohit Sharma may not be retained:
    1. Dipping Form: IPL 2021 has been an average season at best for the batter. In the 13 matches that Sharma has played, he has managed to score 381 runs. His highest score of the season is 63 while his strike rate has gone down for the third year straight.
    2. Age And Injuries: Rohit Sharma is 34-years old and the uncertainties with his troublesome hamstring have created a lot of problems in the past, not only for the skipper but also the franchise, who have had to sit him out because of it across multiple matches in multiple seasons.
    3. Too Expensive: Sharma was retained for a whopping Rs. 15 crore ahead of the 2021 auction and is expected to see a heavy rise in pay if MI wishes to not risk losing him to another team. This would force the squad to cut down on their expenses during the mega auction on some of the other important players who may be up for grabs.
Reasons Why Rohit Sharma May Be Retained:
    1. Previous Success: Despite not having an incredible season with the bat in 2021, Rohit Sharma remains one of the most successful batters for the Indian cricket team across all formats. With 5611 runs, he is also the third-highest run-scorer in the history of the league.
    2. Dominant Captain: With five IPL championships under his belt as the captain of the Mumbai Indians, Sharma has been the key factor behind making the team the most successful franchise in the history of the league by a huge margin. His judgement as a leader remains unscathed by his average batting display this season.
    3. Popularity: IPL, at the end of the day, is a business and team owners spend a fortune on players in order to make profits through commercials and merchandise sales. With the kind of pull that Rohit Sharma has among the fans of Indian cricket, spending anything in the ballpark of Rs. 20 crore this season just to retain him, therefore seems like a sound investment.

Since the arrest of his son Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan hasn’t stepped out for his shoots but he has made sure that others do not suffer because of his absence. For SRK, this is surely one of the toughest phases of his life as his son has been arrested by the NCB in connection with the possession of drugs at a cruise party.
View this post on InstagramSRK was supposed to continue filming for Atlee’s directorial in Mumbai but the star’s body double Prashant Walde showed up on the shoot and filled in for him. Walde is shooting portions of Khan’s film with Atlee, and some other commercial advertisements. He told Hindustan Times, “The shooting of the film with Atlee is going as per plan, and other advertisements work as well. I’ve been shooting these projects for the last 20 days, and that hasn’t changed after recent developments.”
View this post on InstagramWalde added that SRK hasn’t asked people to stop the shoot as he understands that show must go on and it might affect the income of many employees who are associated with the movie. “Our work has resumed after so many difficulties after the lockdown. For Shah Rukh sir, the show must go on. The whole team from the South is here for the shoot of the film. Aur unke kaam ke saath lakhon logon ka rozgaar juda hai, aur yeh SRK sir ko bhi maloom hai. That’s why he hasn’t asked us to stop working, isiliye kaam phele jaise chalu hai,” shared Walde.
View this post on InstagramHe also went on to say that they completely understand his situation and are trying to be professional at this difficult hour. Walde said, “We’re all trying to be professional, but we’re disturbed from inside ke achha kaam chal raha tha, SRK sir ke saath yeh kya problem ho gayi. But for us, he’s always right, and we trust him completely because we’re able to survive today only because of him.”
View this post on InstagramIn an earlier interview with Bollywood Hungama, Walde also addressed the negativity around SRK as people have been targeting Khan for his son’s arrest and have been trolling him brutally. He said, “The public doesn’t want to focus on the good deeds of Shah Rukh Khan. He played a major role in vaccinating so many people industry people and even their family members.”
View this post on InstagramWhat do you have to say about SRK’s professionalism during this difficult situation? We are speechless and admire him for keeping his calm during such situations.

The Indian Premier League playoffs will begin on Sunday, October 10, 2021, with Chennai Super Kings playing against Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore against Kolkata Knight Riders in the first and second matches of the playoffs, respectively.
For the former Indian cricketer and the two-time IPL championship-winning KKR skipper, Gautam Gambhir, this is the time to declare the franchise he wishes to see lifting the trophy at the end of the 14th edition.
"My heart wants KKR to Win in this IPL 2021 but at the same time I want a new Winner." - Gautam Gambhir (On ESPNcricinfo)
    — CricketMAN2 (@man4_cricket) October 9, 2021
"I want KKR to win. My heart says KKR should win but at the same time, I want a new winner. So the new winner has to be either Delhi or RCB. I want a new winner and it's good for the league, the competition and it's good for everyone," said the former Indian opener in ESPNcricinfo's show 'Runorder'.
Gambhir justifies and gives reasons for three out of the four teams that are competing for the title in the postseason while leaving out the one that is being captained by Mahendra Singh Dhoni, someone, Gambhir has had his fair share of problems and complaints with in the past.

Firstly, he expressed his wish to see Kolkata be on top, especially after the comeback they have made over the course of IPL 2021 but more importantly, because of the emotions attached with the squad since he won two championships with them in 2012 and 2014.
Then, the southpaw also shows some love towards Virat Kohli’s Bengaluru side and Rishabh Pant’s Delhi team, both of whom have guided their team back to the final four with the hopes of winning the first-ever championship in franchise history.
    View this post on Instagram
For Gambhir, CSK has no reason to win the trophy. He has no emotional attachments towards the team and being the second-most successful team in the history of the IPL, they have no shortage of championships in their trophy room, either.
Fans who have known about his not-so-friendly thoughts on Dhoni, quickly realised how Gambhir twisted and turned his words to hide the fact that he does not want CSK to win the title:
Same sentence with different words: "I don't want #Csk to win"
    — Unknown (@realsunny158) October 9, 2021So he don't want #CSk to win
    — Amala (@Amalafromkerla) October 9, 2021He wanted to say " I don't want/ I don't think #CSK will win" #Gambhir
    — Bowya Madhi (@bowya8) October 9, 2021Finally he don't want #CSK to win
    — Hari Lucky (@HariLuc73925851) October 9, 2021The be fair to Gambhir, the analyst did crown MS Dhoni as the “number one captain” against Eoin Morgan, Virat Kohli, and Rishabh Pant - the captains of the three other squads he wishes to see win the championship this year.
