Diljit Dosanjh has protean skills as some of his talents include being an actor, singer, songwriter. Another thing that stands out about him is that he is also a bonafide style icon. There have been several instances when he has worn some lairy pieces and his fashion experiments have always hit the right chord. Take his insane snake boots for example and then again his chain reaction sneakers and you would see how fancy Diljit's style statement is. So much sometimes, that even Ranveer Singh would lag behind.

He recently posted yet another fashionable picture on Instagram. As usual, the ensemble was at its jankiest best, but what stood out for us were the sneakers he was wearing. Check it out.

For the unversed, Diljit is also a sneakerhead and these shoes yet again prove that he is an aficionado. The pair is Alyxstudio's Mid Boot With Vibram Sole. These boots have pull-on style with nylon webbing pull tab, neoprene at the ankle, rubber tab at the back with a printed logo and custom Vibram rubber sole with contrast PVC details.

Given that Diljit is into extravagant things, the price of these boots too is on the higher side. These cost about Rs 82,000, when converted to Indian currency and it doesn't include customs and import duties.

Coming to the mini bag that Diljit is carrying here is the Nana-Nana Mini A6 tote bag. This one features a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap. It also has top handles, an open-top design and a main internal compartment.

As for the price of this mini bag, it's worth almost Rs 9,000. The whole look screams fashion if you ask us and this mini bag, just took things a bit over the top!

As for his outfit, he went for a monotone look with this oversized jumper and paired it with black pants. We also like his black sunglasses here. The tote bag and the boots added a touch of character to the ensemble.

Seriously though, Diljit deserves a medal for sporting such quirky pieces every now and then. Way to go!

For the uninitiated, Kavita Kaushik was one of the most upfront contestants on Bigg Boss. The actor was seen on the 14th season of the reality TV show that recently wrapped up. She had joined the show through a wild card entry. One of the more popular incidents on the show included her controversial fallout with Eijaz Khan, and then another feud with Abhinav Shukla. She was voted out in a later episode, only to be reinstated later but chose to walk out of the show finally. Now, the FIR fame actor has called the show "fake."
It all started when Kavita took to her social media handle to post a video wherein she is seen practising a particular yoga asana. A user commented "You should not have done big boss. I donno if it's just me but it did a lot of harm to imagine. I am ur fan and wish you all the best things in life (sic)."

In response to this, she wrote, "It's ok like they say once you've spoilt your β€˜image’ you are free! Now I don't give a f**k about the hate or the love of those who judge someone on a fake reality show".

Kavita Kaushik had left the reality tv show hosted by Salman Khan post an argument with fellow contestant Rubina Dilaik. Kavita's unsuspecting departure from the show had shocked her fans back then. Once she was back home, she wrote "Dear YouTubers, and those messaging and calling for interviews please know that if I cared to give more explanations I would've stayed back and not walked out at will, you can go ahead and write or say anything, Just if you paint me bad, don't just stop at that, make me the devil. Cheers!"
Clearly, she was done with the show.Β

Actor Sonu Sood has now spoken for the cause of students who will sit for their board exams this year. Speaking in support of students, amid the coronavirus pandemic, he has called for alternatives.
Sonu Sood took to his social media handle to share a video in favour of all the students. He further wrote in the caption, β€œI request everyone to support students who are forced to appear for offline board exams in these tough times. With the number of cases rising to 145k a day I feel there should be an internal assessment method to promote them rather than risking so many lives. #CancelBoardExam2021.”

In the video, Sood asserts, β€œOn the behalf of students, I want to to put in a request. CBSE and board exams are going to be held offline, I do not think the students are ready to sit for the exams amid the prevailing circumstances.”
He even goes on to give examples of other countries like Saudi Arabia and Mexico that have cancelled exams in educational institutions despite fewer cases of the coronavirus amid the ongoing global health crisis. β€œStill, we are thinking of holding exams, which is unfair. I do not think this is the right time for offline exams. I would like everyone to come forward and support these students, so they can be safe. All the best.”
Since the pandemic hit, Sonu Sood has been actively supporting communities in need of support. He first made headlines after helping migrant workers who were returning from big cities. He provided financial aid and transport for them.
Later, he even mortgaged his property in Mumbai to raise over Rs 10 crore to help communities that had been suffering. Sood's memoir I Am No Messiah was published late last year detailing all these experiences.
