Weak moist currents penetrating upper parts of country: PMD

A shallow westerly wave continues to affect northern parts of the country and its adjoining areas.
Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. However, rain and thunderstorm are expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, upper FATA, Islamabad, and Kashmir.
