TLC has brought the biggest tattoo festival – the Heartwork Tattoo Festival - to India this December. Taking place from 2nd till 4th December at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, the festival will host some of the biggest artists from England, Spain, Russia and Netherlands along with the best tattoo artist from India. The main aim of the festival is to normalize tattoos and make them more accessible by bringing together the tattoo industry, artists and equipment suppliers in one place.

The festival will have a lot of well known artists like Jay Freestyle from the Netherlands, Stepan Negur from Russia, Bez 666 from the UK, Fabrice Koch from Germany along with many other national and international artists famous for their distinct styles and skills.

Moreover, the festival will also provide entertainment for the visitors and keep them engaged with a lot of bands and various other acts.
