Various government websites were hacked by what appeared to be Indian hackers and were defaced by pro-India messages.

The websites of Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Climate Change, Ministry of Inter-provincial coordination and others were hacked by a group calling themselves ?LuluSec India?.

There has been no comment from the government on the matter as yet.

Hackers from both sides of the border have hacked and defaced government websites on a number of occasions. In early January, a government website run by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was hacked by Indian hackers.
