'Tried To Touch My Wife' Ayesha Takia's Husband Accuses CISF Officer Of Passing Sexual Comment

Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia, who is best known for her role in the Salman Khan-starrer Wanted, is back in the news. Well, no, she hasn't signed any film. In fact, she is currently making headlines due to her entrepreneur husband Farhan Azmi's recent Tweets.

Taking to Twitter, he talked about his recent Goa outing with family and how it turned out to be a horrible experience for them.

Farhan has accused two senior CISF officials of passing racist and sexual comments at them at the Goa Airport. He has accused that one of them even tried to touch his wife, Ayesha Takia, and told her to stand in a different queue. While the other CISF officer directed sexual slurs at him.

Sharing the disturbing incident in detail along with the pictures of the officers, he tweeted, "Dear @CISFHQrs, I was boarding for Mumbai on @IndiGo6E 6386, 18:40 hrs flight and these racist officers R P Singh, A K Yadav, commander Rout and senior officer (SP category) Bahadur purposely singled me and my family (wife and son) immediately after they read out my name out loud to team".

Talking about how an officer tried to touch the Socha Na Tha actress, he added, "Altercation started when an armed male officer at the security desk tried to physically touch & tell my wife, son to stand in another line while all other families were standing together for security. All I said to him is to dare touch any female here & maintain distance @CISFHQrs".

Farhan then thanked the Goa Airport for their prompt response and called the incident "highly embarrassing & disturbing".

Thank you for your prompt response @aaigoaairport

This was highly embarrassing & disturbing to go through with my wife & son around. I will be taking this up legally as well. Appreciate your message. https://t.co/pbfMu6ATKc

Just had a word with DG Sheel Vardhan Singh @CISFHQrs

Mailing him my complain & hoping he acts accordingly within 7 days failing which I will take this up legally as well. Requested for a copy of the CCTV footage also.

DIG Anil Pandey, on the other hand, has denied Farhan's charges, claiming that the CISF is a "professional force".

Talking to The Print about the incident, he said, "We (CISF) deal with over seven lakh passengers per day at the airport, how many such complaints or allegations have ever been made? He was just asked to follow the security protocol and none of the officers passed any racist remarks".
