KARACHI: The Sindh Rangers refuted allegations levelled against the paramilitary force by Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London while speaking to the media on Thursday.

During the news conference in Karachi, Sindh Rangers Spokesperson Major Qambar Raza said MQM-London had kept their active worker, Muhammad Yousuf alias Thelawala, in hiding.

However, the spokesperson added, when Thelawala read the Rangers press release he surrendered to the force. The press release Rangers spokesperson was referring to was released last month and stated Thelawala as dead.

While addressing the media, Thelawala said MQM-London would hatch conspiracies against the law-enforcement agencies of the country. He thanked the Rangers for protecting him from the party leadership.
