
COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa. Photo: DG ISPR TwitterRAJGAL: The Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa spent the first day of Eid-ul-Azha with soldiers deployed on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Rajgal.
"Eid on duty for the security of Pakistan and its people is the best festivity for us," the COAS said, according to a tweet by the Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor.

Earlier in the day, Gen Bajwa extended greetings to the nation on the occasion of Eid-ul Azha on Saturday.
A tweet by the DG ISPR said the army chief wished the country on the behalf of the armed forces.
?"Eid-ul-Azha gives us the message of peace, happiness, fraternity and selfless sacrifice for humanity", said the COAS, the tweet mentioned.
