Music is more than a song, a melody, a beat. Music is about people and stories coming together to form a symphony. Music is about journeys and lives and the unfolding of it all. Music is what happens when life gives you epiphanies that are either born out of melancholies, or euphoria. And it's a beautiful thing to watch unfold because the creation of music isn't what happens simply on a sheet, in a recording studio, or on a stage. Music is created way before it becomes a technical process and a product to serve an audience. And that's exactly what some of our homegrown independent musicians understand and profess through their day-to-day lives and on their social media platforms. 

So, if you truly want to understand where your favourite Indie musicians get their music from, start following them on Instagram and be a part of their journey. Here's who I personally recommend you to follow! 

1. Prateek Kuhad 

Delhi-based Indian singer-songwriter better known for his Indie style and bilingual music. He was born and raised in Jaipur. Kuhad moved to United States to pursue Maths and Economics from New York University.
