ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court judge on Friday said in his remarks that the police has failed to submit property records of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek leader Dr Tahirul Qadri.

The court while hearing Asmatullah Junejo case directed the Inspector General and Chief Commissioner to submit property documents of both the leaders before the court on next hearing.

Meanwhile, the ATC has maintained the status of absconder on both the leaders.

Reacting to the development, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz representative Daniyal Aziz said that by appearing before the courts Nawaz has followed rule of the law.

He said that action should be taken against those who were involved in attacking parliament and PTV, adding, those who are involved institutions to achieve their political goals have done injustice with the nation.
