MULTAN: The Water and Sanitation Agency?s (WASA) plastic pipes caught fire in Multan?s Chungi No. 9 area on Thursday.
Shortly after the blaze intensified, rescue teams reached the site of incident.
According to rescue sources, the plastic pipes caught fire when a garbage dump was burned.
Due to the intensity of the blaze, flow of traffic was halted to save the public from any untoward incident, the traffic police said.
