KARACHI: Sindh Inspector General AD Khawaja said on Tuesday that the 'Karachi knife attacker' wants to spread fear among women of the city. 

Speaking to the media after attending the passing out parade of police cadets at Razzaqabad training centre, he said the police are examining the knife attack cases from all angles. 

Earlier, addressing the cadets, Khawaja said the recruits should be proud that they have passed out on the basis of merit. 

"The public looks up to police officials and you all have to ensure that they are not disappointed," he said while addressing the cadets. 

 He urged the cadets to take the challenges head-on rather than shying away from them.
