MUMBAI: Known for directing and producing super hit Bollywood offerings - and of course his celebrity talk show - Karan Johar has taken on a new role.

Johar formally launched 'Calling Karan' a five-times-a-week radio show where he will play 'love guru' and 'agony aunt'. 

?I?ve been giving advice free of cost for many years so when this opportunity came up, I thought why not. Radio is the one platform I haven?t visited before and it is the best platform for me since I?m a one-stop shop BFF,? the Mumbai Mirror reported. 

On the show Johar will share gossip from the lives of the rich and famous and relationship advice using characters from his movies. 

The show will air three times a day,
