My favourite feature on the iPhone X is undoubtedly the Animoji as I often fool around with my friends by sending them hilarious stuff. Of course, I poke fun at them too as their phones don't have this feature unless they own an iPhone X. I also started using Animojis as a form of a karaoke and share things on the interwebs.

After sharing many of these Animojis with my friends, they all came up with the same question “Can't I do something like that?”. Well, it turns out you can! There is a third party app called MrrMrr (pronounced “Mirror, Mirro”) that lets you send similar Animoji like texts and videos. The App does not use the facial tracking technology and uses the regular front-facing camera instead. Of course, it doesn't look as good, but something is better than nothing right?

 The app features all the same emojis as Animoji, i.e. the Panda, the Alien and even the Poo emoji. You can even use Snapchat's popular emojis like the funny glasses, dog ear et all.

You can use this app just like you use Animojis in iMessages and record a short video and send it to your friends. Now you can get back at your friends who have the fancy new iPhone X and send them a funny Animoji yourself. If you are an Android user, you need not fret as the app is available in the Play Store as well! You can download the app from the official Mrrmrr website.
