LAHORE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has summoned a session of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz on Monday, sources informed Geo News.

The meeting is expected to be attended by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shehbaz, Rana Sanaullah, Ahsan Iqbal and Chaudhry Nisar.

The PML-N leadership is expected to discuss matters pertaining to party?s future and other organisational issues, according to the sources. 

Sources also said that Nawaz is expected to travel to London on December 5.

Maryam, Hamza part of PML-N?s CEC

On Saturday, the ruling PML-N announced the 109 members of its Central Working Committee (CWC) and members of Central Executive Committee (CEC).

Both Maryam Nawaz and Hamza Shahbaz were announced to be a part of 27-member CEC which only contains the top tier of PML-N leadership. Other leaders include Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan, Parvez Rasheed, Khawaja Asif, Ahsan Iqbal, Ayaz Sadiq, Marriyum Aurangzeb, and Khawaja Saad Rafique.
