NEW DELHI: Newly-weds Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli on Wednesday met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi after returning from their wedding and honeymoon. 

Newlyweds Virat and Anushka returned to New Delhi (the skipper's hometown) after their wedding.

The couple will host two receptions for their family and friends; one in Delhi on December 21 and another in Mumbai on December 26. 

Kohli and Anushka tied the knot in a private ceremony in Tuscany, Italy on December 11, which was attended by their family and close friends.

After their fairytale wedding in a medieval Tuscan villa, the blockbuster couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma went for their honeymoon to Finland.
