All famous men across the globe have one thing in common: famous brands. So really, there was nothing extraordinary at the Oscars this year. In came the tuxedos, suits, candid (natural) poses and the best influx of formal wear; making it a normal day at a prolific red-carpet. However, like it is every year, a few stood out — with their well-fitted, slim-fit apparel (yeah, this happened). Thankfully this time, lazy-trousers took a much-needed back seat, called a chauffeur over and drove straight into doors of the #SlimFitBrigade.

Sartorially speaking, all-white ensembles are a bit too tricky (but that's okay). Zero contrast in an ensemble is a no-no too (erm... that's fine). Whatever said and done, however, Timothee is the god of slim-fit suits. Hands down.

Trust the concept of Haute Couture to bring the red-carpet to a halt. And a slim-fit medley to catch our eyes. Chadwick has done both, without looking like a uncalled-for try-hard.

Velvet suits are a reality, no denying. But the fact that a slim-fit one in velvet, deep burgundy in colour and paired with classics could look this good too, we hardly knew.

Swept-back, wet mops could be sexy, but they're not for Caleb Landry. He's more of a sunglasses-in-the-night hero, suited for layering antics (he's quite thin) and anything that'll help him add bulk. But whatever said and one, this slim-fit suit on him is giving us life.
