5 Excellent Outfit Ideas For Every Dark Indian Man

Unfortunately, your body type isn't the only deciding factor in 'what to wear'. Things such as your height, length of the legs/torso/shoulders, skin tone are crucial aspects to consider while dressing up everyday. And talking of the latter, since the Indian skin tone is a little dark, we're here to help you guys out.

1. Know this truth: a classic B&W outfit is literally the best thing you can slip into. One, because it's probably the easiest palette to work around and two, since it's so neutral, there's never a chance of making your skin look dull. As a matter of fact, it's probably just going to appear at its natural-best.

2. Earthy tones, however dark/light, are great bets to have as an outfit-project. But remember to balance things out — if you're going dark, go a little classic/neutral with the rest of the pieces. And if you're choosing a lighter hue, once again, go classic/darker with your secondary separates. Else, go tone-on-tone (like Dev Patel's knit+footwear game).

3. This is probably the best airport outfit Dev Patel has ever worn: classic colours paired with cooler ones, and blended with bottoms, that fall somewhere in the middle of sorbet and pastel tones. While his top-half is casting an illusion of an added glow on the skin (thanks to his puffer jacket), his bottom half is a great Spring/Summer buy. Just bravo.

4. If you're the man of absolutely no-efforts, this one's for you. All you need is black separate+a piece that'll avoid a visual contrast through the outfit. Remember, contrasts in your outfit won't do you justice (unless it's a B&W). Go for black with dark, warm shades like maroon or cooler ones like blue. Also, add quirky socks. You'd add a lot of drama to the outfit.

5. As we said earlier, make cool colours your best friends. Pair them with primary hues/neutral tones and that's all you'd ever need to do. Wear accessories of your choice (whether bright in colour or not) and be rest assured, you'd never face debauchery.
