Indian wrestler Rahul Aware entered the finals of freestyle wrestling in 57 kg by winning his bout against Pakistan's Muhammed Bilal in the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2018, at Gold Coast, Australia. In what turned out to be a tough fight for Aware, the clinching move turned out to be Indian Olympian Yogeshwar Dutt's famous mat roll.

Aware had earlier won relatively easily to reach the semis beating George Ramm of England and Austrlian Thomas Cichhini through technical superiority.
The semifinal though was in a different league. Bilal managed to draw back at 4-4 in the second round after Aware started aggressively. The third round though was all about the Indian grappler who managed to pin Bilal and roll him over to secure a place in the final.
