Of course, Anand Ahuja is a hypebeast. Of course, he's also a sneakerhead before anything else. He prefers his Lakers tank top before a kurta because really, that's what the guy was born to wear. But on a side note, since the NY-based lad is now getting hitched to his girlfriend, Sonam Kapoor — all eyes are on the what the man will wear.

What started as an intimate affair at the Kapoor residence yesterday (where Ahuja chose a muted landscape for his outfit), has now turned to a glorious venue as part of the Mehendi celebrations of his wedding with Bollywood's most fashionable A-lister.

Featuring a pink bandhgala topped onto a pale grey kurta, Anand really went for apparel-silence here. While, there's no denial that the outfit was terrific anyway, it was far away from the staple 'eccentric' choices of most Indian grooms. That said, let's admit: the lad looked like a million bucks and ensured that he appeared all turnt up with a pocket square and leather sandals.

For his Sangeet ceremony today, the guy turned to a rather — if we may — 'very Indian' ensemble. Featuring hints of gold and some major detailing around the neckline and collar, in his earliest images from the celebrations today, he can be seen entering the venue in Mumbai:

Featuring a neutral-hued kurta paired topped with a Nehru jacket, the hypebeast pulled out all stops with this one. But while he's turned to completely light-hued apparel choices, his brooch (with a hint of green) is just what the outfit needed: an addition of colour, in a subtle manner. The jacket also featured a two-toned piping and is completely a one-colour ensemble.

All in all, as opposed to his tailored-to-perfection ensemble for the celebrations yesterday, the man clearly upped his ante in the Indian wear department today. Along with Sonam Kapoor in an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla outfit, the couple is really looking like a dream.
