Looks like all your cartoon dreams have come true and their super cool theme is what Instagram dreams are made of!If you are wondering why and how the idea was conceptualized, then there is a valid reason for its inception. The founders of this café drew inspiration from a hit Korean TV show called 'W– Two Worlds'  in which the characters enter a fantasy webtoon world.
