Ranveer Singh has been ruling the roost on social media for a while now ever since he got hitched last month, but his hiatus from the screen also ends now since his movie 'Simmba', which also stars Sara Ali Khan and is helmed by Rohit Shetty, released .

The movie hit the theatres yesterday in some parts of the world and today it releases for the audience in India. However, the initial reactions are enough to decide whether you should watch it or not.

While some fans are loving the masala entertainment, some cannot bear Ranveer in this avatar and believe that Ajay Devgn's cameo was the only good part actually.

People are declaring that it is a copy of the hit Southern movie 'Temper' and the comparisons are harsh. However, in general, it looks like the kind of movie you can watch with your family over the weekend.
