A Gym Offering Napping Classes Is The Millennial Answer To Our Favourite Kind Of Workout

The classes take place in the afternoon , temperature is controlled to induce calorie burning during sleep and soothing music plays in the background. I am not sure if this is bizarre or cool. I mean, you will pay a gym to sleep there, which is a natural process for the night and we all have beds that help us carry it out.
