Queen Elizabeth II has called for a meeting of the senior members of her order, alongside esteemed dignitaries to find a way to create a "workable solution" with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

This Queen's actions come as a result of the couple's shock announcement that they would be taking a step back from duties as a senior royal members.

According to Marie Claire, the Queen has directed her staff to work the Sussex household and government.

Reports have further claimed that Harry and Meghan have remained in touch with the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Cambridge as well.

The Queen has been reported to be demanding fast paced answers towards the issue at hand.

On Wednesday, the Duke and The Duchess of Sussex revealed they intend "to step back as 'senior' members of the Royal Family, and work to become financially independent".

The royal couple said they plan to split their time between the UK and North America, while "continuing to honour our duty to the Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages".
