Aamir Khan is a perfectionist with a Midas touch. When he works on a project, it is bound to smash records. ‘Dangal’ was much more than a stupendous movie. It told tales of success, failure and how dreams are shattered until we build our own, every time we fall.

The entire star-cast worked very hard and the results were there for everyone to watch. The tale of Mahavir Singh Phogat, Babita and Geeta touched every heart in the nation and the movie was even made tax free in six states in India. Needless to say, the movie went to win accolades and swept many awards.

Recently ‘Dangal’ was released in China by the name of ‘Shaui Jiao Baba’ (Let's Wrestle, Dad) and went to generate a whopping 87.66 crore on its first day itself.  However, the crazy fact is that the way the movie is performing in China, it is bound to surpass its entire lifetime collection in India.

This is huge for the Indian cinema. Our movies were already catering to a certain target audience in the global NRI circuit but the rate of success for ‘Dangal’ is humungous. It is cue that when a story is told perfectly, it touches chords everywhere, regardless of the culture because emotions have no language. Dngal has , once again started trending on Twitter thanks to it's new found success.
