    2021 has been an exciting year for Bollywood buffs as there was no dearth of content. As cinema theatres were shut for more than half of the year, Bollywood filmmakers thought of releasing their movies on OTT platforms and it was easier for cinema fanatics to consume the content because they had the luxury to sit on their couches and enjoy the movies. 
    As there was no shortage of movies this year, it can be quite hard to predict which movies a person can opt for to watch. Now, IMDb comes into play and people look out for ratings as it somewhere helps in sorting the playlist for a cine buff.
    While there were some amazing movies that kept the viewers entertained but there were a few movies that failed to impress the audiences. 
    Here are 5 of the worst IMDb rated movies of Bollywood of 2021: 
    Radhe (1.8 Ratings) 
    Salman Khan’s Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai didn’t manage to impress the audience as the viewers found it a waste of time. In an earlier interview with Firstpost, when Salman was asked what the viewers can expect from the movie, he had said, “You can definitely expect something different from Tiger, Dabangg, Bodyguard and Wanted. We will not repeat ourselves. It is new and I need you to see the film and tell me what is new. I am the same old Salman — which you have been seeing since Maine Pyar Kiya. The people who have watched Maine Pyar Kiya loved me, and they kept on loving me. From that one fan became a family and then another unit. I’m lucky and grateful that fans have been very loyal. So, from grandparents to parents to grandchildren, I have the following.” When people got to watch it, they didn’t like the plot and gave it negative reviews. It was because of the negative reactions that the film became the worst IMDb movie of this year. 
    Hungama 2 (2.1 Ratings) 
    The trailer of Shilpa Shetty and Paresh Rawal’s Hungama 2 promised the fact that the movie will be a wild ride filled with humour but the movie turned to be a disappointment, as per the audience. The film also stars Meezaan Jaaferi, Pranitha Subhash, Johny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, and Ashutosh Rana in the lead roles. The film’s plot revolves around Meezan’s character trying to disapprove that he is the father of his college sweetheart’s baby. Paresh is seen reprising his character of Radheshyam Tiwari, who is suspicious of his wife (played by Shilpa Shetty) having an affair with Meezan. As the movie wasn’t approved by the audience, it wasn’t rated well on IMDb. 
    Sardar Ka Grandson (4.2 Ratings) 
    Arjun Kapoor and Neena Gupta’s movie Sardar Ka Grandson follows the journey of a US-returned grandson (Arjun) who leaves no stone unturned to fulfill his grandmother's wish. The critics didn’t approve of the film as they found it sloppy and didn’t find the movie worth investing time in but there were viewers who loved the different concept of the movie. 
    Saina (4.3 Ratings) 
    Parineeti Chopra’s Saina is based on the life of Indian Badminton player Saina Nehwal, who has won many awards including India’s third highest civilian award ‘Padma Bhushan’. The film is directed by Amole Gupte and showcases the life of a small-town girl whose parents have to take a loan, just to buy a badminton kit for their daughter. Later, she goes on to become the world’s number one champion. In the film, Parineeti Chopra is playing the role of ace shuttler, Saina Nehwal. People rooted for the movie but didn’t like Parineeti in the role of Saina. 
    Madam Chief Minister - 4.7
    Madam Chief Minister sees the protagonist Richa Chadha as a powerful politician in Uttar Pradesh. She portrays a woman’s journey into the world of politics and how she breaks the shackles of the age-old caste system and patriarchy. While some recommended the movie, there were people who said it’s worse than bland.

    Rakhi Sawant kept the identity of her husband under wraps for almost two years before he finally appeared on one of the most controversial reality shows on Indian television, ‘Bigg Boss’.

    Ritesh and Rakhi are both participants on the 15th season of the show and fans are irked with the way he treats her.

    Ritest, on multiple occasions, has been seen yelling and misbehaving with his wife, actress Rakhi Sawant, on air. This has been noticed by the other contestants of the show as well who tried to meddle but to no avail. However, on a recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode, ‘Bigg Boss’ host Salman Khan took his case on national TV.

    He told him to watch his tone and stop being disrespectful to his wife. “Tu tadaak se kab violence par baat aa jayegi pata nahi lagega (The argument may soon turn into violence),” he said. He even brought up his past and warned to not repeat his previous mistakes on the show.

    According to reports, Ritesh is married and has a son. His first wife claimed in an interview that he used to beat her before she decided to leave him. While Salman didn’t imply it directly, he did mention his violent behavior in his previous marriage.

    He said, “Isn't it Ritesh? There has been violence in your life earlier, that's why you have come here, you have that streak, dare to try the same here, the whole industry is in Rakhi's support, do you get it?.

    He told him adding that the entire country is with her. “Poora Hindustan iske support mein aa jayega, ye chance mat do, ek baar bachke nikal aaye ho, samjhe aap (The entire country will come in her support, don't give such a chance, you have saved yourself the first time, did you get it?), he said. 
    BB fans were elated to see Salman taking a stand for what is right and schooling Ritesh on how to speak with his wife. We hope he mends his ways.

    The ED enquiry and the ongoing extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar is taking a lot of filmy turns by the day. After the evidences and his claims around him gifting actress Jacqueline Fernandez a plethora of gifts confirmed her involvement with him, Nora Fatehi was also summoned by the ED in this connection.

    According to an India Today report, the chats between the conman and Nora are now flowing on the internet and they are proof that the actress indeed received a car as a gift from him. The chats include sentences like “Do you like this?” with Sukesh sending pictures of a Range Rover to Nora. The actress in return replied, “Yes, it’s a nice rough use car. It’s cute, it’s a statement car,” then Sukesh sends her more options of cars.

    The chats also reveal him clearing the air that he’s concerned the gift might raise a few questions for her. “I want to make it clear that it’s not being given with any kind of motive, but only because when you like a person, you give them gifts. Doing it for that reason only, nothing else.”
    During her enquiry, Nora had maintained that the car was gifted to her by his wife Leena Maria in exchange for her attending at an event.

    Earlier last week, the charge sheet revealed that Sukesh had gifted jewellery worth crores to Jacqueline , few cars to her family and expensive handbags as well.

    The year 2021 saw a wide variety of films and shows releasing on OTT and entertaining the audience. While some featured great performances, some featured poor and then there were others that totally surprised us. 
    Here’s a look at 5 such actors who surprised us with their performances: 
    1. Sidharth Malhotra in Shershaah © Dharma Productions
    After making a successful debut in 2012, Sidharth Malhotra delivered some successful films in Ek Villain, Hasee Toh Phasee and Kapoor & Sons. 

    However, his performances in all these films were often criticised. And in the last few years, his career went on a downward spiral with almost all his films flopping at the box office. 
    With Shershaah, Sidharth Malhotra not only returned to form but also surprised many with a stupendous act. The movie received a positive response from critics and audience alike and Sidharth too was praised for his brilliant portrayal of PVC Captain Vikram Batra. With Shershaah, Sidharth’s career has once again taken off in a big way.

    Similar to Sidharth Malhotra’s career trajectory, Arjun Kapoor too started off with a successful film in 2012 and went on to deliver a few more hits in 2 States, Ki & Ka and Gunday. However, he too was often criticised for his performances. 

    In the last few years, Arjun's career declined in a big way with films flopping left, right and centre. But, this year it was the long-delayed Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar that got Arjun his much-desired critical acclaim. 
    His restrained performance in the film of a Haryanvi cop left an impact.

    Ever since her debut with Heropanti, Kriti Sanon was often seen in films where all she had to do was be a part of dance numbers, mostly. 

    However, in 2019 she showed a different side of hers with Panipat. And this year with Mimi, she hit it out of the park. 
    Playing the titular character, Kriti Sanon became the talk of the town delivering a solid performance.

    In over two decades of a career as a lead actor, Aftab is often written off by critics when it comes to his performances. Most of his successful films are in the comedy genre. 

    After staying away from screens for a couple of years, Aftab returned to the role of an agent in Neeraj Pandey’s Special Ops 1.5 and got some of the best reviews of his career. Moreover, the acclaim came for a role that is not in the comedy genre.

    After delivering back to back hits in romantic comedies and often receiving criticism for his choice of roles, Kartik Aaryan changed gears this year with Dhamaka giving a dramatic performance.

    Dhamaka was a performance-driven film more than plot-driven and Kartik nailed it.

    Priced at Rs 1.37 Crores, the German-manufactured car is powered by a six-cylinder twin-turbo engine with 8-speed automatic transmission.

    As per Cartoq, Riteish also purchased a Mercedes-Benz S-Class with the car's 4.7-litre V8 engine able to generate 429bhp of power and 700Nm torque.

    The car, which is priced at Rs. 1.3 Crores, is also owned by other Bollywood stars like Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shahid Kapoor, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

    Riteish even owns a Tesla car, with his wife Genelia actually gifting him a Tesla Model X worth Rs. 55 Lakhs for his birthday.

    One of Elon Musk's finest cars, the Tesla Model X can go from 0-100 km/hour in 3.2 seconds and cover a distance of 475 km on a single charge.
    Moreover, the beautiful car also possesses falcon-wing doors, making it a stunning addition to the garage.

    In a conversation with journalist Boria Majumdar, the president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Sourav Ganguly mentioned yet another Indian legend who wanted to have the opportunity to become the head coach of the Indian cricket team before the organisation went ahead with Rahul Dravid as their main man.
    Ganguly said that Test veteran, VVS Laxman had shown a keen interest in taking up the role after former head coach Ravi Shastri’s tenure ended following India’s early ouster from the T20 World Cup 2021. However, things couldn’t work out between Laxman and the BCCI, Ganguly doesn’t give a reason why Laxman didn’t qualify.

    Having said that, the BCCI boss specified that there might be a possibility in the future where the Hyderabad-born icon could see himself in the shoes of the Indian head coach. For now, Laxman has been appointed as the head of the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru which is yet another prestigious role vacated by Dravid after he was to replace Shastri with the Men in Blue.
    According to Ganguly, convincing Dravid for the job was rather difficult as he has always maintained that he’d rather be with his family instead of spending almost half the year travelling all over the world and living in hotel rooms.

    So far, Dravid’s record as the head coach has been impressive. After defeating New Zealand, the T20 World Cup 2021 runners-up, 3-0 in the shortest format of the game, India even grabbed a 1-0 Test victory at home before leaving for South Africa earlier this week.
    Skipper Virat Kohli and his boys are staring at an extremely important set of Test matches ahead of them against the Proteas as South Africa remains the only international location where the Men in Blue haven’t won a red-ball series.
    South Africa remains the only country where India Men have toured but never won a Test series.

    Considering the kind of form India has been in the longest format of the game, the morale of the squad high once again, and some of the best names, other than the injured Rohit Sharma, ready, rested and available to play, this might be the greatest opportunity for them to get that victory on South African soil.

    Samanth and Naga Chaitanya's split came as a shock to their fans. They had been together for years before announcing their separation in October this year.
