    In all honesty, the year 2021 wasn't really a great year for Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family.

    The main reason behind it was, as you all know, the arrest of SRK's eldest son Aryan Khan, in what was a cruise ship drug bust by the NCB.
    Aryan ended up spending a whole month in prison as a result, before he was released back to his family.

    Since then, Shah Rukh and his family have been living a very private life, keeping things as low key as possible in order to give Aryan as much time to recover as he needs.

    However, now with Shah Rukh also returning to filming and completing Pathan alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, it looks like he, along with wife Gauri have also decided to chalk up plans for Aryan to move on as well.

    According to a Bollywood Life report, Aryan Khan is looking to now focus on his career in films, with the star kid already known to have an interest in becoming a filmmaker, a chance that he may actually now get with Bollywood.  

    As per Bollywood Life, Aryan seemingly had plans to go aboard and attend masterclasses of some renowned filmmakers. However, it looks like that may not be possible soon.
    According to reports, Aryan, as per the conditions of his bail, had submitted his passport. This means that Aryan can't fly off to locations outside India in order to pursue filmmaking or learn from the very best.
    However, that doesn't mean that he will be straying off from his dream.
    In fact, as per the report, Aryan will now be living in Mumbai and would be learning about the in-depth know-how of filmmaking from within the Bollywood industry.

    As per the Bollywood Life report, Aryan will be working with the top production houses in Bollywood to get a better grasp of the learnings behind the scenes.
    It is a known fact that Aryan's father Shah Rukh has a wonderful repo with both Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films, meaning that Aryan may yet have a chance to work with either Karan or YRF by assisting them in shoots, as per Bollywood Life.

    It is also been reported that Aryan may actually be assisting Karan Johar on the sets of Takht or Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani.

    Well, looks like the future looks bright for Aryan, and he may finally have a good chance to bury some things in the past.

    However, apart from his noteworthy acting chops and screen presence, he is also being praised for his fitness.     It is a known fact that with greater stardom, comes greater responsibility and that can sometimes be accompanied with insecurities. Bollywood is known for its dirty politics and actors replacing others, someone’s role being chopped off etc are pretty normal things.  Something similar in vein was once observed and revealed by director Subhash Ghai about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

    According to a report, back when her films like Josh and Taal turned out to be hits, she was known to be influencing makers. Director Subhash Ghai spoke about her and revealed, “She's known to sideline other girls in her film. In Josh, she took away songs that Priya Gill was supposed to dance to and rehashed the script to give herself greater prominence.”

    He spoke about her professional aggression and called it “as a natural character of today's actors". He further spoke about her movie Josh, which had her playing SRK’s sister.

     "It's a business move. At some point in their careers, stars become business products, and they fiercely guard themselves." t is very clear that Aishwarya was responsible for chopping out Priya Gill's role in Josh who played Shahrukh Khan's love interest. If you have watched Josh, you will realize that Priya hardly has any scenes in the film. The film entirely revolves around the brother-sister bond and emphasizes Aishwarya's love story with actor Chandrachur.

    The BCCI President Sourav Ganguly's differences with India Test skipper Virat Kohli have become the talk of the town. After Kohli called out the lies of the BCCI chief during a press conference before leaving for the South Africa tour, the former India skipper has been facing a lot of criticism.
    However, that was not the only reason why he has been slammed online in the last few days. Last week, he faced the fury on social networking sites after an old video of his went viral which showed him saying that “girls don’t need to play cricket”.

    Seems like Ganguly’s tryst with controversies is not going to end anytime soon because he keeps finding new ways to infuriate people, either through his words or actions.

    The 49-year-old former cricketer has found himself in troubled waters after passing a casual sexist remark about women, while answering questions during a private event in Gurgaon held on Saturday.

    The BCCI boss was asked about how he deals with the stress in his life but instead of taking this question seriously, he treated it as a joke and gave a rather lame answer, which was very misogynistic in nature.

    “There is no stress in life. Only wife and girlfriend give stress,” Ganguly replied.
    Ganguly’s answer clearly shows how casual sexism is deeply engraved in the minds of Indian masses. The fact that for some people it was nothing but a light-hearted joke highlights what’s wrong with Indian society.

    Not only was this answer sexist in nature but also showed what Ganguly thought of women in general. To those arguing that it was a mere joke and should be treated as nothing but that, don’t forget that this was not the first time he had given such a misogynistic statement.

    During an old interview, while answering how he would react if his daughter told him that she wanted to play cricket, Ganguly had said: “Ami Sana ke baaron korbo. Meyedar cricket khelaar dorkaar nei (I’ll ask Sana not to because girls don’t need to play cricket).”
    Ganguly’s comments have not gone down well with the fans on social media and they fumed at the Indian batting legend and called out his misogyny.

    We are talking about Supriyo Chakraborty (31) and Abhay Dang (34), the first gay couple in India to have gotten married in Telangana.

    The wedding took place in a private yet beautiful ceremony in Hyderabad with close friends and family showering their love on the lovely couple. 
    Of course, same-*** marriages are still not recognised in Indian law, but the couple decided to make it official by putting a ring on it, anyway. 
    And with that, created history.
    The wedding was officiated by Sophia David, a friend of the couple from Hyderabad, as well as someone from the LGBTQ+ community herself. 
    As the groom and groom walked down the aisle, hand in hand, dressed in their white tux, Telangana witnessed its very own first same-*** wedding.

    The couple that had a mix of both Punjabi and Bengali wedding traditions said, “We celebrated it in an informal, yet intimate way without either of our religions or customs coming in the way.” 
    Supriyo also mentioned that, “Mehendi is always a woman-centric ceremony. We wanted to break that stereotype by holding the same for all men at the venue. During Haldi, we wore the Bengali topor (a headgear). Subsequently, a sangeet function was held wherein Kathak performances were given.”

    Their wholesome wedding pictures have broken the internet as people are rejoicing at the sight of patriarchal customs being tarnished to make way for modern and new India. 
    This included the couple’s parents as well, who at first weren’t okay with the idea, but came around in due time and are now extremely happy for their children’s union.

    Indian businessman Raj Kundra has been one person who has been under tremendous scrutiny since the second half of this year, with his name being cropped up in the controversial pornography case that led to his arrest.

    Kundra, who is also the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, has seen his name being dragged through the dirt in connection with the cases that involved allegations of shooting and streaming pornographic content.

    However, he has now slammed all the parties publishing and pushing "the misleading and irresponsible statements/articles" against him, calling all of it "witch hunt" against him.
    Stating that he was ready to now face trial, Kundra said, “After much contemplation, considering there are many misleading and irresponsible statements/ articles floating around and my silence has been misconstrued for weakness. I would like to start by stating that I have never been involved in the production and distribution of “pornography” ever in my life.
    "This whole episode has been nothing but a witch hunt. The matter is subjudice so I cannot elucidate, but I am ready to face trial and have full faith in the judiciary, where the truth will prevail."
    Kundra, who along with his wife Shilpa saw a lot of public embarrassment on social media and in general, said that he wishes that his privacy isn't intruded anymore than it already has been.

    "Unfortunately, I have already been pronounced “guilty” by the media, and my family and I have been subjected to a lot of pain (continuously), violating my human and constitutional rights at different levels. The trolling, negativity and toxic public perception have been very debilitating”. he said.

    The Supreme Court granted Kundra a four-week protection from arrest earlier, and this is the first time he has spoken publicly on it.
    Earlier, following the Bombay High Court had refused his plea for anticipatory bail, Kundra had moved to the top court.
    Despite many speaking against him for his role in the pornography scandal, Kundra maintains that was wrongly implicated in the case.

    The event turned out to be special for Salman fans as the actor officially announced the sequel to his 2015 hit Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Yes, you read that right! The superstar revealed that Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 is on the cards and Rajamouli's father, K.V Vijayendra Prasad, has already written the script. 
    Reacting to it, Johar asked Salman, "So can we say, this is the official announcement of the film?" The actor replied, "Yes, Karan".

    For the unversed, Bajrangi Bhaijaan was directed by Kabir Khan and emerged as one of Salman's biggest successes to date by collecting over Rs 300 crore at the box office. It also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan and child-artist Harshaali Malhotra in pivotal roles.  
    Coming back to Rajamouli's RRR, the film is a fictional story of two freedom fighters named Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem, essayed by Ram Charan and Jr NTR, respectively. The makers recently released the trailer, which has received immense love from fans. It is all set to hit the big screens next month, on January 7.

    Memes and jokes on Goa plans not materializing kept aside, if there is one thing that drives friends and humans to pack their bags to feel the ‘thandi hawa’ of Goa or immerse in some salty water at a beach, then the only thing that comes to my mind is Dil chahta hai.

    The movie which changed the way we perceive cinema, who gave stories on friendship a new life and put Goa in a beautiful light is DCH. All the credit obviously belongs to the man who conceived the idea - Farhan Akhtar. The director who turned producer then turned into an actor before finally also turning into an artist is a human who can do it all. He was recently performing in Goa and while his song Rock On is obviously a part of song requests, the entire vibe of the show changed when his fans sang Dil Chahta Hai with him.
