Speaking to a court in Mumbai today, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) said, “Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan indulged in illicit drug trafficking and was involved in the procuring and distribution of drugs.”

However, the star kid's defence team argued that Aryan wasn’t even present during the drug raid on ship and had no cash to buy drugs and didn’t even have any drugs on him.

Aryan Khan's bail request is set to be taken up again today and all eyes will be on the court's ruling. He has been in a Mumbai jail since last Friday.
According to NCB, “Aryan Khan - Accused No. 1 for the NCB - sourced drugs and was in touch with some persons abroad who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network for illicit procurement of drugs.”
In another statement, they said, “WhatsApp chats reveal the accused was in touch with a foreign national for bulk quantity of hard drugs.”

The NCB further elaborated, “All those arrested are inextricably connected with each other and it is not possible to dissect the role, involvement of one accused from that of the other. The ingredients of conspiracy are evident. One of the applicants cannot be considered in isolation".

Aryan Khan’s lawyer, Amit Desai said, “The allegation of illicit trafficking is inherently absurd. This boy who has nothing, he was not even on the vessel. It is an absurd and false allegation.”
The NCB also said, “Even though from some accused persons there is no recovery or recovery of small quantity of contraband, the participation by acts and omissions of such persons who have acted in concert, conspiracy in the commission of offences forms the basis of this investigation.”
According to the NCB, if Aryan Khan is granted bail, it would ‘affect the investigation’ as he could ‘tamper with evidence’ and ‘influence witnesses’.
However, speaking through his lawyer Satish Maneshinde, Aryan said, “I have parents and a family here. I have an Indian passport and I am not going to abscond. There is no question of tampering.”

Shah Rukh Khan has struggled his way to the top, to become King Khan or the Badshah of Bollywood. He isn’t a name but a phenomenon and a metaphor for success. He has proven himself against the tide of time from being a nobody when he entered the industry to conquering Bollywood by becoming one of the biggest superstars.
View this post on InstagramShah Rukh owns it when it comes to having a luxurious lifestyle and is extremely fond of cars. His set of wheels includes a Rolls Royce Phantom convertible, a Bugatti Veyron, an Audi A6, and many more. If you know SRK, you might have an idea that he owns a heavily customized vanity van priced at Rs 4 crore. He had purchased a Volvo BR9 in 2015 that was customized by Dilip Chhabria. When SRK had started, there was no concept of vanity vans but with time, things changed and Bollywood actors started splurging to get their own personalised vanity vans.
It’s believed that SRK himself went through the minutest details of design for the van. As per a report published in The Indian Express, SRK’s van is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Abhishek Bachchan is one Bollywood actor that people have had divided opinions on since the get-go. Being the son of a superstar like Amitabh Bachchan, we feel that Abhishek sort of knew that it came with its own set of challenges. However, there must have been times where even he must have been frustrated.

Overall though, he's a really good actor, who has made a name for himself with films like Guru, Yuva, and the Dhoom series. However, it is his latest work that has won plaudits with viewers appreciating his performances in Breathe, Ludo, Manmarziyaan, and The Big Bull.

Now, it looks like he may well be a part of another interesting Bollywood film project. It has been revealed that the 45-year-old actor will be the male lead in R Balki's film that will be based on cricket.

As per sources speaking to Pinkvilla, the veteran director, who has worked with Big B on a number of films, has been looking forward to working with Abhishek for the cricket-based drama film.

“R Balki has always been close to the Bachchan Family and over the last few years, has been discussing the possibilities of collaborating with Abhishek Bachchan on a feature film. Things have finally fallen in place as the two have initiated advanced conversations for a cricket-based film. It would feature Jr. Bachchan as a left-handed batsman,” said the source.
Just recently, R Balki had announced that his next film, Chup will be a psychological thriller starring Sunny Deol, Dulquer Salmaan, Shruti Haasan, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Pooja Bhatt. However, the cricket film starring Abhishek Bachchan, which has no working title at the moment, will release around next year, once Abhishek is done with filming the third season of Breathe, the Amazon Prime Video Original thriller series.
“Balki too will finish work on the post-production of Chup by then. Apart from this cricket-based film, he has also locked the screenplay for a human drama, which he plans to make with Sunny Deol, Revathi, and Shruti Haasan. However, it has been delayed for now as Sunny will be busy shooting for Gadar 2 over the next 6 months,” said the source while speaking to Pinkvilla.
As per reports, the cricket film would feature both the male and female protagonists as cricketers, with the casting team still working on finding the right fit for the female lead opposite Abhishek. Well, looks like it's raining movies and series for Abhishek Bachchan, something we think he truly deserves at the moment.
