Randeep Hooda and Salman Khan’s Radhe will be releasing tomorrow in a unique hybrid model. The film will premiere in theatres all over the world and will also stream on ZEE5’s pay-per-view platform Zee Plex. This is the first time that’s actually being tested and Randeep in an interview with Indian Express said that Salman’s movie is the best bid when it comes to testing the new approach of releasing movies.

“It will be a good experiment for the industry to have this hybrid kind of platform release where people who are unable to get to theatres can watch it. It is also a cheaper option since instead of buying one ticket per person, the entire family can watch it. What better film to test the whole system with than a Salman Khan film. I’m hoping it will do well,” he said.
This is Randeep’s third collaboration with Salman. The two have previously worked together in Kick and Sultan. “I chased him in Kick, I coached him in Sultan and I am testing him in Radhe,” shared Randeep.
The film is releasing in COVID times and Randeep added that he does feel a little guilty as he has been promoting the movie but he added that this is also paying money to employees who are attached to the project.

Randeep added that he hopes Radhe “has the same fate” as Extraction as the Chris Hemsworth film worked wonders for Netflix.
He said, “I hope this film has the same fate, a lot more people watch it and can take their minds off from the morose situation that’s going on. Because coming at this point, with the promotions, I also feel a little guilty that all those things are happening but one keeps doing other things to help out. This is also a part of one’s job, it also employs 500 people who have come together and made this film which has been in the box for a long time and I’m glad it’s coming out.”
Are you planning to watch the movie? Let us know in the comments section below.

If you follow the Indian OTT scene very closely and have watched TVF’s Aspirants, you will know just how vital Sandeep is, as a character.

For UPSC aspirants all across the country, he is perhaps one of the most relatable characters from the series. After all, the performance that Sunny Hinduja put in, was formidable, to say the least.

Sunny Hinduja has been a part of a number of movies and web series that have had some great impact. These include the likes of, Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare, The Family Man, Mardaani 2, etc.

Clearly, the man is a phenomenal performer. To top it all off, the man has a great sense of style and an immaculate understanding of fashion. Browse through his Instagram, and you’ll see him in some tastefully put together outfits.

Here are just a few examples.

Street outfits are usually cool. But are they as cool as the one that Sunny has here? Rarely. We love the darker shades that he has gone for, and how he contrasts his sneakers.

    2. Suits With Sneakers? Heck, Yeah! © Instagram/hindujasunny
Pairing sneakers with a well-fitted suit may seem unusual, especially if experimenting is not your cup of tea. However, Sunny proves it, that it is a very classy style move, that pays off well.

Now this is how you dress down casually at your home, in a very elegant and sophisticated manner. Also, note how simple but effective the colour blocking is in this outfit.

    4. Funky Blazers © Instagram/hindujasunny
A well structured and well-made blazer adds a ton of character to any outfit that you pick. And like Sunny’s, if your blazer also has a quirky print or design to it, the character goes up another notch.

    5. Kurtas With A Contemporary Twist © Instagram/hindujasunny
We love when people get creative with their ethnic outfits, without taking too much away from it. Like this Kurta that Sunny is wearing here. The zipped placket and the ribbed collars look neat. Also, notice he’s wearing pink. Still think that guys can’t pull pink off?

    6. Accessorising The Correct Way © Instagram/hindujasunny
Go through his photographs on Instagram and one thing becomes quite clear. Sunny knows how to accessorise with effect. This here is a classic example. Have an upper that is a very basic colour, like white? Accessorise to the T, but don’t go overboard.

    7. Floral Prints Done Right © Instagram/hindujasunny
Men look awesome in prints. Especially when they are wearing something of this sorts. Notice how tightly spaced the prints are, and how, they have used muted colours on white fabric. And again, notice how Sunny adds a character to the outfit, using his watch.

Chia seeds are relatively new in the healthy foods category, but have quickly risen to the top of the good books of all fitness and health enthusiasts. Chia seeds are the edible seeds of the chia plant (Salvia Hispanica), a flowering plant in the mint family. They are oval and gray with black and white spots.
Here's how they can improve your health and why they should be a part of your diet.

When it comes to the profile of nutrients in a food item, chia seeds excel on this front. They are a great source of essential micronutrients, like calcium, manganese, magnesium, and phosphorus, which makes them good for bones. Chia seeds also pack antioxidants, protein, and fiber which helps improve heart health and stabilize the blood sugar levels.

Chia seeds are impressively high in fiber which is excellent for gut health and improving bowel movements. Since two tablespoons of chia seeds contain 11 grams of fiber which is equal to half the daily requirement for women and about a third for men.

For people that don't eat meat, finding foods with a complete protein profile can be a drag. Chia seeds might help them a little out there, as there are 4 grams of protein per 2 tablespoon of chia seeds. Pair that with peanut butter on oats and you've got a complete meal. Also, chia seeds are a complete source of protein, which maps all the 9 essential amino acids in them, which are essential for the human body.

Chia seeds offer a good amount of omega 3 fatty acids as well. Omega 3 has a wide range of benefits, from fighting depression to improving sleep to reducing inflammation and reducing the risk of heart diseases.

The twist here is, chia seed is a good source of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), which is a type of omega 3 fatty acids found in nature that is not superior to the other type of omega 3 fatty acids like EPA or DHA found in fish, meat, dairy, and eggs.
Still, chia seeds will give you a boost as they are considered the best plant-based source of ALA. Over half of chia seed's fat is omega-3s.

    4. Easy way to improve the nutritional value of the meal. © iStock
Chia seeds are perhaps the most easiest way to improve the overall taste and the nutritional value of the meal as you just have to sprinkle a few spoons of chia seeds over any of your favorite meal like oats porridge, smoothies, top it on greek yogurt, almond butter toast, pudding or even add to your coconut water. Since the chia seeds are small, they blend easily and nutritional value of the meal.

A good amount of antioxidants is really crucial for good health as they slow down signs of aging, resulting in younger-looking skin, healthier hair, and can even reduce the risk of cancer.

Antioxidants fight free radicals, which cause damage to cells, proteins, and DNA. As a side note, foods high in free radicals are those deficient in antioxidants like processed foods or foods full of sugar. So, try your best to stay away from those and strike the correct balance.
The BottomlineChia seeds can be called the modern superfood, which packs a great deal of nutrients. As mentioned, you can have them with your smoothies, porridge, or yogurt as well to enhance the taste and the overall nourishment of the meal.
