  1. Relationships can be tricky to manoeuvre sometimes. When we start out, it's all hearts and roses, goosebumps and shooting heart rates, then a few months (or even years) down the line, everything looks darn different. The excitement dies down to a ripple, and all the butterflies seem to have flown out of our tummies, and our 'heart eyes' are restored to their original capacities. (c)Dharma Productions However, amidst all these things, if there is one thing that ideally should not change, are the feelings our partner inspires every time we look at them. Yes, even with their sleep-mussed hair, runny makeup, or in the middle of a showdown right in the car parking! No matter what the situation is, and what we might be up to, there should never be any doubt in our mind about how our partner makes us feel. Even when things get ugly or difficult, our feelings for one another must never change, or at least not enough to intentionally hurt eat other. The love and respect we share must always be our strength, no matter how much time or how many struggles we have to face together. (c)T-Series Yet, if you are still not sure whether he or she is 'The One' for you, answer these 6 simple questions and find out for yourself. Mind you, if your answer to any of these is 'no', then you and your partner need to take a step back and reconsider your future: Question 1: Can You Discuss Anything & Everything With Your Partner At Given Point Of Time? Think real hard. Open channels of communication and sharing are the biggest signifiers of a fulfilling relationship. (c)Maddock Films Question 2: Do You Seek To Or Envision/Dream Of Spending Your Old Age With Your Partner? Seeking a future together should be on both of your lists for the relationship to flourish and bloom. Both of you should be looking for the same things from your relationship. Question 3: Is Yours An Unconditional And Selfless Love? Do you love your partner without any expectations and in abundance, and the same can be said for how they feel for you? If not, then you need to address this with your partner. (c)Dharma Productions Question 4: Is Your Partner Welcome At Every Family Get-Together Or Outing With Friends? It's important that our friends and family like the person we wish to spend the rest of our lives with. Because if they don't like them, there's going to be a solid reason and you might want to look into it. Question 5: Do Your Fantasies Have A Face Different Than Your Partner's? If this has ever happened to you, stop right there. Fantasizing about dating or bedding someone else while in a relationship is a huge red flag. (c)Excel Emtertainment Question 6: Do You Cherish The Time Spent Together? Enjoying each other's company and looking forward to hanging out together doing nothing, in particular, are signs of a healthy relationship. If you don't love spending time with your partner for whatever reason, this relationship isn't for you.
  2. With a rather abrupt ending to 'Game Of Thrones', the series finale has left some rather gaping questions, that have now sadly become dead ends for the show. Here's a list of unanswered questions from the show that we will probably never get the answers to: 1. What Was The Point Of Jon's Heritage? © HBO Was there even a point to Jon being a Targaryen? The R+L=J theory was significant to the plotline at the very beginning and had caused a lot of noise. I remember when I first started watching the show, I was rather obsessed with Jon Snow's parentage. At that point, the mystery wasn't the identity of his parents, because it was safely assumed that Ned Stark was his biological father. The real question was, who was Jon's mother? And this used to be subject of many passionate debates by the fans. But now that we know that he was a true born Targaryen with the highest claim to the Iron Throne, does this information, which by the way is the only reason that David Benioff, D. B. Weiss got rights to produce the show in the first place, not matter at all? In the aftermath of the Queen'sassaination when the Lords gathered around to listen to what Tyrion had to say (who, by the way, is a prisoner at this point) and justified why Bran should be King, why did he not consider Jon and his claim to the Throne? Despite slaying the Queen, he does have a pretty strong claim to the Throne. 2. Varys And His Birds © HBO Firstly, Varys' execution was damn shady. How can the Master Of Whisperers, who is so conniving that he survived the most unfavourable of circumstances, be so naive? Talking to Jon directly out in the open was not a great idea, but it certainly is not something Varys would do. What happened to him? Did he hit his head against the wall that caused him to take dumb but potentially life-destroying decisions? But anyway, when he's summoned for his execution, he drops his ring in a pot and burns this one letter that he was writing, which contained the truth about what was going on. The rest of the letters were enclosed and sent off. What happened to them? Do the Lords not know? Why is there no mention of this? And if he did manage to get the message sent across, why is there no stir in all the Kingdoms of Westeros? 3. Arya's White Horse © Twitter Arya finds a white horse at the end of the penultimate episode. Some argued that there could possibly be biblical notions attached to this White Horse. Arya is then seen riding out of King's Landing. But wait, in the next episode, she's seen in King's Landing again. How does that work? What was the horse for then? To traverse past the dead burnt bodies and not step on them? It doesn't make any sense, but rather sounds preposterous instead. 4. Is Winter Still Coming? © HBO Talking about the long drawn-out catchphrase synonymous to 'GoT', we deserved to know if Winter was finally coming in the end or not. The new council meeting by Bran was set in the background of something that looked more spring-like? So, is Winter finally gone for good? 5. Bran the Broken © HBO If every main character had a purpose for which they were brought on the show, what was Bran's purpose? We've been told that the Three-Eyed Raven knows everything and has immense power but if that's the case, why doesn't Bran use it? Why does he sit quietly observing what he already knows is going to happen. And the case against him for not changing things doesn't work either. Like he has done many times before, why did he not warg into someone and potentially save thousands of lives in King's Landing? This does somehow make him an accomplice to genocide. But in retrospect, this could've possibly been his plan all along? In normal circumstances, no one would make Bran the King. He's a cripple who apparently can't father children and couldn't possibly further the lineage. And in 'Game of Thrones', we've seen the darkest of things being pulled off by characters just get their hands on the throne. Everyone's creepily obsessed with it, case in point, Daenerys. Could it be possible, that Bran schemed it all in his favour because he can clearly control the past and the present? 6. The Honeycomb and the Jackass This might seem a little irrelevant, but hear me out first. One of the series' long-running secrets, Tyrion's story about bringing a honeycomb and a jackass to a brothel, is a legend in its own right. The joke had been teased two times before the finale- when he was a prisoner at the Eyrie, in Season 1, and during a scene in Season 6, where he shared wine with Grey Worm and Missandei. In Season 1, during Tyrion's trial, he attempts to crack the honeycomb joke, which seems so out-of-place because he's a prisoner being tried for his life, why is he being given the liberty to speak at all? Then in the final episode of Season 8, when Tyrion is Hand of the King to Bran and has a Small Council Meeting, he brings up the joke again, and for a moment, we feel like we are finally going to hear the end of it, which would be perfect given how the show was coming to an end. But, no, the camera cuts and we realize how irrelevant this discussion was. This clearly makes a strong case for bad writing. Instead of showing what's relevant for better closure, we get this. A pointless, incomplete joke. 7. Where Are Daario Nahaaris, Meera Reed & Ellaria Sand? © HBO Daario Nahaaris was a Tyroshi mercenary that was once Dany's adviser and lover but was left behind by Dany when she realized forging new alliances in King's Landing will be more fruitful than taking old ones. What is he doing now? What about Meereen? Meera Reed got Bran back safely to Winterfell, protecting him from the White Walkers and then the plot conveniently forgot about her. Ellaria Sand was locked up in the dungeons to die after watching her daughter die. Did she end up dying? Why did we not get closure on these crucial characters? 8. Why Is There Still A Night's Watch? © HBO What does a Night's Watch defend if there are no White Walkers in the first place? Does it need to exist anymore? A question that no one seems to bother about, except Jon, when he was exiled to the Night's Watch. This is probably why he abandoned it and set on an adventure to discover a world further North. If these scenes held no significance to the main narrative, they shouldn't have been included in the first place. Instead, they could've probably been replaced with significant content that would've made Dany's and Jon's actions convincing, leading up to a satisfactory finale with no loopholes.
  3. There used to be a time when steroids were relatively hidden under the covers at the gym. The dudes using it would attribute their gains to some weird diet and training protocol or some garbage supplements that they were using. Not many were open to the fact that they were sticking needles up their butt to look a certain way. Nowadays, steroids have become very common where almost every second guy has had some or the other experience with it. I would not be underestimating when I say steroids are as common as BCAAs in the gym nowadays. The frightening part is the openness and the willingness to use these drugs to look a certain way. The much more frightening part? Unqualified people giving advice and prescriptions on drug pharmacology. I have written a comprehensive article on the bad and the ugly of steroids , which should help you get a better picture. © Getty Images In this article, I want you to think and ask yourself these questions before you decide to do steroids, as at the end of the day, it is your body: 1. Do You Want To Compete As A Pro Bodybuilder? Forget about looking good for a moment. Most bodybuilders use anabolics as they have dedicated their lives to building muscle and getting on stage with others just like them to win competitions. Is that your goal? Do you really want to be a bodybuilder and live that life? If the answer is a no, you do not really need to take steroids. Here I am not saying that you should definitely take steroids to become a bodybuilder. There are shows out there which do comprehensive drug testing and are in reality natural shows. The first thing here is to ensure that you want to make bodybuilding a profession. Doing it the enhanced way or not comes after that. 2. Have You Dedicated Enough Time To The Process? If you look at the top pro bodybuilders, they never jumped on steroids on their first or second year of working out. They developed their work ethic, discipline, and maximized their genetic potential by doing bodybuilding naturally for 5 - 10 years before jumping the gun. Most kids these days think that in their second or third month itself, they need to pop steroid pills or stick injections up their butt. © Getty Images Not only will you not get the maximum out of it, but your basics will also be terrible both in terms of nutrition and training which are the base of bodybuilding. 3. Are You Medically Fit For Steroids? Steroids can potentially have a lot of medical side effects ranging from cosmetic issues of baldness or acne and much more severe issues like stress on the liver, kidney, heart, etc. There have been numerous cases of deaths related to overdosing of steroids or previous medical issues getting severe resulting in death due to steroids. Speak to your doctor and have them onboard to keep a continuous check on your health markers if you decide to jump on gear. 4. Are You In A Good Mental Space? There have been many reported cases of drug abuse, where people got aggressive doing steroids or roid rage and lost their cool and did some harmful things. © Getty Images If you are someone who is continuously stressed or has a very stressful lifestyle, using anabolics may not be the best choice for you until you sort yourself out on this front. Another dilemma with steroids is that once you come off (which many pro bodybuilders do routinely), your strength and muscle won't be the same as that on drugs. Would you be able to deal with that? Would you be able to tame your ego and handle your frustration when you do not look the same at the gym or be able to lift the same heavyweights? 5. Do You Have The Dough To Afford It? Most cheap drugs that are passed on by gym gurus are poor quality drugs or those made for animal use or in underground labs. Not only the quality, but the side effects of these drugs are also nasty. The good quality stuff comes at a price. Add to that the regular blood work, medical tests, your nutrition cost, your training cost, etc. will add up. It is the same as any other sport at the elite level, it takes a lot of time, effort, and money. If you do not have the cash for it now, is it worth taking all the risks by using poor quality stuff? 4. The third last episode of 'Game of Thrones' aired last Monday and we're pretty disappointed. With Rotten Tomatoes rating it as the second worst episode ever, it's certain we're not the only ones who thought it could have been written better. For one, there were too many loose ends from the last episode which confused us all the way to Seven Heaven's and back. But apart from that, this recent episode was so disjointed, it seemed like the writers got too lazy to even cover up the gaps, which made us go what the F? (c)HBO Maybe the makers are low on budget or have given up on this show overall, but whatever it is, they're really not serving the fans or making George RR Martin very happy with the end. We just hope the last two episodes of the show are a saving grace and we get to salvage whatever little hope we lost. (c)HBO But while watching this episode, several questions arose out of plain curiosity and they're not the kinda questions which will be answered later on. We pray they are, but these questions are inherent callous flaws in the plot and writing, and we're trying to stitch them up as much as we can to make the story a little more malleable. Here are 10 unanswered questions from season 8, episode 4 of 'Game of Thrones': 1. What Does Dany Even Whisper To Jorah At The Funeral Pyre? Well, most definitely not Dracarys! But this one we can let go because what she whispered to him was definitive of Jorah and Dany's personal equation off-set. In real life, Emilia Clarke (Dany) and Iain Glen (Jorah) are very good friends and since Emilia has spent a considerable amount of screen time with Iain, it was sad for them to shoot their last scene together. So, in order to say the perfect goodbye, Emilia made up her own lines for Iain and whispered them into his ear. No one, I believe, even those who were on the sets were privy to what she said and it's only between the two of them. (c)HBO Iain told a popular international entertainment recently, in an interview that the lines she said to him were "something entirely sincere and true to the moment and something that I'll never forget... it's something no one will ever know but the two of us. And that's a memory to hold onto.” So, in case you're wondering why we weren't privy to what she said to Jorah, it's because they wanted to keep it a secret! 2. Where The Hell Will Gendry Go? After Dany makes Gendry the Lord of Storm's End because he's a Baratheon bastard and a good strategical alliance for her, he asks Arya to be his wife, AKA the Lady of Storm's End. But Arya turns him down saying she isn't a lady and that's the last we see of Gendry. So, the most open-ended question right now is where the f**k is Gendry! We didn't see him with his bag, baggage and hammer head out anywhere. We believe he's not going to miss the opportunity to be a Lord and might have already left for Storm's End, putting his character arc to an end. We just hope he doesn't die, while putting his house in order. He's the only Baratheon left after all. (c)HBO 3. Who Is The New Prince Of Dorne? It was strange Varys made an offhand comment, during the war council meeting, while discussing what allies Dany has for the last war, mentioning "The new Prince of Dorne pledges his allegiance". Now, who the hell is the new prince of Dorne? Last we remember, in season 6 Ellaria Sand killed Doran Martell and her daughters killed his son Trystane, to take over Dorne. In Season 7, Cersei kills Ellaria and her daughter making us believe Dorne has no ruler at all. So, now that Varys has mentioned that the southernmost island has a new prince, we wonder who it is. (c)HBO The new prince, we assume, could be Quentyn Martell, the older brother of Trystane. Although Quentyn hasn't appeared in the series, he's a main character in RR Martin's 'A Dance With Dragons', where he went to Meeren to marry Dany, before he was killed by dragon fire. Although 'Game of Thrones' is not following Martin's novels, as some characters alive on the show are dead in the book already and vice-versa, we can't think of anyone other than Quentyn as the prince of Dorne and I hope they reveal his identity sooner than later. Hopefully, they should in the next episode. 4. Why Didn't Jon Say Bye To Ghost? This wasn't cool at all. Jon didn't say bye to his most loyal, faithful companion and that's killing us slowly and steadily inside. It was a heartbreaking scene when Jon requests Tormund to take Ghost with him and the rest of the Wildlings far North and keep him with them. We're not sure why Ghost couldn't come to King's Landing and help Jon out. Maybe the climatic conditions are not suitable for dire wolves far South? (c)HBO But even so, Jon left without even petting him or saying bye to him and Ghost seemed rather upset about it. And why shouldn't he be? He's been by Jon's side every fight, even when Jon died in between, he sat next to his body, protecting it. We assume either Jon was too heartbroken himself to bid his friend goodbye or because Jon's a half-Stark now, he feels guilty petting his wolf and keeping him with him, since he's also a Targaryen, and they pet dragons, not wolves? The Starks were widely criticised earlier for poor pet ownership throughout the series and after this, we're not too happy how things ended with all the dire wolves in the show. 5. What Are Arya And The Hound Planning? When The Hound and Arya are seen leaving Winterfell together, they both unanimously decide to not come back ever. They're both heading towards King's Landing and through their cryptic conversation, we figure they have a common goal for sure, and we reckon it's to kill The Mountain aka Ser Gregor Clegane, aka The Hound's brother. Since he's on Arya's 'list' and he's The Hound's number one enemy, it'll be a two vs. one battle, where The Hound may sacrifice himself to save Arya's life and she will ultimately kill The Mountain. This is a presumable theory, let's see what really happens. (c)HBO 6. Why Did Rhaegal Die So Easily? Well, because Dany was stupid enough to fly her injured dragon into battle where the dragon couldn't predict or prevent himself from being hurt by the scorpion bolts released by Euron's troops. If you see, Rhaegal's wings are still damaged and he can barely pick flight like Drogon. So, in all probability, he was weak enough to pre-empt the attack on him. It was one of the saddest scenes in the series, that's for sure. (c)HBO 7. Why Didn't Dany See Euron's Fleet While Flying? We're not sure how Daenerys missed Euron's fleet flying above the waters around Dragonstone. It would have been the best and the most practical vantage point for her to attack the fleet with dragon fire, preventing Euron from destroying her fleet in return and Missandei's capture. Makes us think either she did this purposely and we're not sure why or she genuinely missed them and couldn't see them because of cloud cover. Sounds improbable though but the writers should have given us a better explanation. (c)HBO 8. Which Advisor Will Betray Dany? Yes, it's a given one of Dany's advisors', either Tyrion or Varys will betray Dany and she will have him executed. Confessing his feelings privately to Tyrion, it's clear Varys doesn't trust Dany to rule the Seven Kingdoms at all and he seems poised to betray her. Varys has always been in support of the realm and its people rather than serving a particular king or queen and that's why you see him change loyalties throughout the show. Now, he doesn't trust Dany to be a befitting queen and assumes she will turn out to be the 'Mad Queen' after all, just like her father. Instead, he is instant on Jon pressing his claim for the throne and wants to see him rule the realm rather than Dany. Will Dany get a whiff of his intentions and have him executed for doubting her ability to rule? (c)HBO 9. Why The F*c* Did Jaime Leave Brienne? Jaime turned out to be your quintessential fuckboi after all. Maybe not a fuckboi but he definitely isn't over his sister or is pretty mad at her and he left Brienne in the middle of the night to go save Cersei's life or maybe kill her instead. Aww, how sweet. But that's a terrible thing to do to Brienne, don't you think? Jaime has only been with one woman all his life and finally, after leaving her for betraying him, he realises he's still in love with her and rides South to go fight her war? Or kill her maybe? who knows! (c)HBO 10. Why Was There A Starbucks Coffee Cup In One Of The Scenes? Well, it's not like 'GoT' uses product placement in their episodes ever, so clearly, this was a sheer mistake and HBO admitted to it too. The episode before this was too dark to see and this episode had a visible coffee cup! Clearly, the writers aren't inspired anymore or are being callous with production and execution to even give a damn about how the episode churns out. We sure hope it's not the latter and these guys make up for their silly mistakes in the next two episodes. For now, the show's been pretty 'dark' and full of errors'! (c)MensXP/HBO There are other unanswered questions like Sansa revealing Jon's secret to Tyrion deliberately or Missandei's demise and why she utters the word 'Dracarys' but I guess we will only know the answers to those in the next couple of episodes. For now, let's hope the fifth episode picks off well and all these unanswered questions are finally answered!
  5. 'Game Of Thrones' first premiered in April, 2011. In the beginning it was just another show adapted from a book series. Today, GOT has become a huge cultural phenomenon in itself. Not only has it garnered a massive global following, but also has a number of storylines intertwined, with the most deaths witnessed in a show ever with an approximate of 174,373 people lost in all GOT episodes in the past seven seasons according to the youtuber Razon Compilations. This number is speculated to double up this season. However, the seventh season was premiered almost two years ago leaving us on a cliffhanger after the impactful series finale. Questions like: Who will sit on the Iron Throne? Or will everyone die by the hands of the White Walkers? Who is Azor Ahai? Will Jon and Dany still have *** after realizing she's his aunt? Questions that have bothered and haunted us for so long. And now that we are ready to watch the final season of 'Game Of Thrones' on Hotstar every Monday 6.30 am starting April 15, it's only obvious we can hardly wait. So, here is a list of super important questions that we need answers to this season. 1. What Will Happen To Brienne And Tormund's Unfinished Story? © HBO While we admire Tormund Giantsbane for his grizzly red beard and unhinged passion for fighting and killing people, his attraction to Brienne in the last season of GOT has really made us invested in this situation. But, in the coming episodes of 'Game Of Thrones', will she get the knighthood she deserves or will she fall for the marriage narrative that restricts women? We'll only know in the coming days. 2. When Will The Army Of The Dead Reach Winterfell? © HBO It took eight seasons to characterize the background of the Winter and the impending doom for this civilisation. The army of the dead were approaching at an alarming speed by the end of the last season of GOT, but how long before they attack Winterfell and take everyone down? Or will they be defeated before? Which episode of Game Of Thrones do you think this will happen? 3. What Happens To Jon And Dany's Relationship Once They Find Out They're Related Through Blood? © HBO Will it be Bran or Sam, Jon's closest friend who breaks the news to Jon? Dany (https://www.mensxp.com/entertainment/news/51880-game-of-thrones-episode-1.html) might not mind the fact that she's Jon's aunt but she will mind if she finds out that Jon is next in line and not her. After Gilly's perusal of an old Archmaester's records, Sam has learned that Rhaegar's marriage to Elia was annulled and the Targaryen prince wed “someone else” in “a secret ceremony in Dorne. This means that Jon is Rhaegar's true-born son and legitimate heir and that is a major unresolved conflict waiting right there. 4. Dany's Dragons Are Fierce But How Do You Even Kill Ice Dragons? © HBO The Night King hurled his spear at Viserion and resurrected him as an ice dragon. Now, we all know killing white walkers is practically impossible. So, how do you get around killing a full-fledged ice dragon? Can mortal people bring Viserion down? Following wight logic, fire, drowning, Valyrian steel, and/or dragonglass could slay the undead beast. But we don't think this beast is going down without causing major damage. Expect major deaths because of it or at least that's what we think. 5. Is Literally Everything Bran's Fault? © HBO The cute little kid who climbed walls and dreamed of being a fierce warrior is long gone. The know-it-all-Bran is cold and indifferent to the world around. With his gifted vision, he can change past events. When he “visits” his father at the Tower of Joy, he calls out to Young Ned, and Ned looks around as if he hears the voice. When he warged into Hodor's body, his connection between the past and present, between Meera shouting “hold the door” and poor young Hodor's mind left an irreparable scar on Hodor which we could not forget. If Bran can manipulate things, what if he set off the chaos by driving Aerys to madness? Side note: Aerys could hear voices that told him to burn things. 6. Who Is The Promised Azor Ahai? © HBO Is it Dany like she assumes, or is it Jon with the whole dramatic unveiling of his birth in the last season or is it... wait for it... Tyrion? Tyrion has been consistently underestimated and is possibly a Targaryen himself. Think about it: he had “dragon dreams” as a kid, and he is the only person besides Daenerys and Jon who has been able to touch a dragon. There must be some logic to that, right? I mean why do the dragons like him and no other mortal to touch them? Joanna Lannister, Tyrion's mother, died on her deathbed and Tywin really hated Tyrion so much and for so long that if you recall his last words, “You're no son of mine" it does suggest that the probability of rape at the hands of the Mad King. What if he's the promised one and not Jon and Dany? So, what do you think? Are you as excited as us to find the answers to these questions at the earliest? Or are these questions too much to handle at the moment? Whatever it is, WE CANNOT WAIT.
  6. Sumeet Vyas is the kind of actor who keeps our faith alive, when it comes to the belief that sometimes, being good at your craft is all that matters. 7. Falling in love is the only feeling which has so many connotations attached to it. Sometimes it's beautiful, sometimes there's a lot of remorse and sometimes there is fear and anguish which is ineffable but within all these connotations, love is eternally beautiful because it works on a very personal level, for everyone on this planet. It's the basic texture that binds anything together and definitely the most inexplicable emotion to encounter. © Eros International The most garnered emotion through love in today's day and age though is the amount of hurt it can cause someone who's experienced it. That's what love is defined as now and it's quite sad, to be honest. Hurt has sadly become a by-product of love, leaving many individuals scarred for life, to even want to experience it again. But like they say, you can't help when you fall in love with someone and if that's the case with you, you have to let all the fears and inhibitions seep through to start fresh with someone new. So, in case you're wondering how to do that, here are 3 most obvious questions to ask yourself if you're scared of falling in love with someone, again. Do You See Yourself All Alone In The Future? If you've been hurt so bad that you can't conjure the courage to love again, then maybe you feel you're not in the right mind frame to find love again in anyone ever. But you need to ask yourself if you think you want that as a permanent fixture in your life. Everyone longs for companionship at some point in time in their lives. Are you willing to see yourself without company for good? If you think the answer is yes, then that's alright. If the answer is no, here's a chance to open up a bit more for some brighter and more positive prospects, where love is concerned while giving yourself time to heal. © Pintrest Have You Given It Enough Time? Maybe you're scared because you haven't given your hurt much time. Your last relationship was so tedious, it broke you and now you've met someone who's giving you the comfort you deserve but it's all too soon and you're scared they might hurt you too. Well, the key here is to give it enough time for you to heal from the hurt. It's like a wound that keeps getting scratched instead of healing and disappearing. If you don't give yourself enough time to heal and move on, you'll hold on to your past and wreck your present. © Eros International Have You Learnt From Your Hurt? No matter how badly you're hurt and scared of love again, there are some remarkable lessons you can learn from your experience. Only these lessons will push you forward to change and undergo a certain type of metamorphosis. For instance, if you were hurt in the past, you slowly realise that you probably let yourself be that naive or that sensitive to accumulate that hurt within you. You'll be better prepared if you go through something similar if at all, again. Every hurt teaches you something and lets your fear dissipate, slowly. © Eros International These three questions are very pertinent to decide if you're ready to take the leap again. If you have even an iota of fear residing within you, concerning love, then ask yourself these questions again.
  8. Besides getting a driver's license and moving out of the house for further studies, shaving for the first time is a seminal moment in every man's life. We've all looked on with a tinge of envy and admiration as our fathers (or big brothers) lathered up and emerged with a clean shaven face with just a few measured strokes of a razor. That's why we can't help but feel a little excited when we're finally standing in front of the bathroom mirror, shaving cream and razor in hand, ready to get to work on that stubble for the first time. However, unlike most other rites of passage that signal a boy's transformation into a man, there's no set of rules or guidelines available to us when it comes to that first shave. All we have to go on is what we've seen on TV and the memory of our aforementioned family members in action. And since shaving comes with a real risk of nicks and cuts all over your face and neck (not to mention a whole host of other skin-related complaints,) wouldn't it be great if there was a guide that addressed all your shaving FAQs as you tackled them for the first time? Well, you're in luck - that's exactly what we've put together for you. Question 1: Which Products Do You Need For A Great Shave? © Shutterstock Enter the supermarket and you're confronted with aisles full of grooming products, all of which claim to be an indispensable part of your shaving routine. It can be a little bewildering for the first time shaver, but we're here to tell you that you shouldn't succumb to this pressure and fill your bathroom cabinets with all manner of shaving supplies. At the same time, there's more to shaving than just a shaving cream and a razor. The best shaving kit comprises just five essential elements - a pre-shave oil, lathering agent, brush, razor, and aftershave balm, which is all you need for a great shave. Question 2: How Should You Prepare Your Skin For Shaving? © Shutterstock One of the most common shaving mistakes that even the most experienced hands make is hacking away at your facial hair while it's still stiff and bristly. Even the best razor blade would struggle to deal with the resistance this creates, leaving you open to the risk of cuts and rashes. For most people, pre-shave preparation only comprises washing their face quickly, a grooming practice that leaves a lot to be desired. A splash of cold water doesn't relax your facial hair enough for you to start shaving, which is why washing your face with warm water is the way to go. The heat and moisture relaxes your hair follicles and softens your beard hair, making it much easier for the blade to slice through. Even a pre-shave face wash with a light exfoliator wouldn't go amiss, as it would get rid of dead skin and oil trapped in your pores. Question 3: How can you choose the right razor? © Wikimedia Commons Every specialised job requires the right tools, with shaving being no different. With a variety of options available in the market, it's important to zero in on the best razor to suit your needs in terms of grooming and budget. While disposable razors are the pocket-friendly option, they can't match up to their more technologically-advanced counterparts. Multi-blade cartridge razors bring speed and efficiency to the table, but having to buy replacement cartridges at regular intervals makes them pricier in the long run. Double edge safety razors offer the closest shave out of the bunch, and require minimal maintenance costs after a heavy initial investment. However, they also carry the highest risk of nicks and cuts, especially for the inexperienced user because of the extremely sharp blade. For those who don't feel ready to handle a sharp blade just yet, there's even the option of an electric razor that will do the job. Question 4: What is the right way to shave? © Shutterstock` Finally, the million dollar question - what is the ideal shaving technique? Following the direction of growth of your facial hair gets the best results, a technique which is commonly known as shaving with the grain. Just run your hands over your face - if it feels smooth, you're moving with the grain and that's the direction your blade needs to move in. If you shave against the grain, you're tugging the hair in an unnatural direction. Although this might even result in a closer shave, you're much more likely to harm your skin. You should only go down that route if you're not satisfied with the results of your first shave with the grain, but be extremely careful when you're doing so. Question 5: How often should you change blades? © Wikimedia Commons Another misconception when it comes to shaving is that you should change your razor blade every week. In fact, there's no set time period for you to change blades. The dullness of a razor blade depends on several factors, such as its quality, how often you shave, the products you're using, your pre-shave prep and your blade maintenance. For example, your blade will become dull much faster if you're not using the best shaving foam for the job, or if you don't clear out the hair that gets clogged up in the gaps between the blades. A usually reliable indicator that it's time to change blades is if you find yourself having to use extra effort to drag your razor through your hair, because a quality blade should be able to glide through smoothly. Question 6: How can you make sure your skin stays healthy? © Shutterstock Your shave isn't over as soon as you wash your face and towel off - you need to follow proper post-shave procedures. Even though the best shaving creams these days contain aloe vera and other soothing agents, your skin deserves more than that. Having rinsed off with warm water, a splash of cold water is needed to close your open pores and firm up your skin. After that, a quality post-shave balm is the final flourish that your shaving ritual needs to make sure that your skin remains healthy and hydrated.

  10. Honestly, Mark Ruffalo and spoilers go hand in hand. Sorry Mark, you brought this upon yourself. Our homeboy Mark over here is the weakest link when it comes to giving out spoilers and now, it's become one of the biggest Marvel memes. Well, he did actually give out 'Avengers: Infinity War' spoilers that one time and even got fake fired by the Russo Brothers after apparently giving out more spoilers. Everyone knows how to take advantage of Mark's weakness and have a lot of fun with it. Recently, Mark Ruffalo appeared on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' where Jimmy actually hooked him up to a lie detector test as he asked questions about 'Avengers: Endgame' because otherwise he's proven that he can't be trusted. Poor Mark was already so scared and even said, “I don't want to get fired again!” After basic test questions like 'what's your name' and stuff, then came the real deal, all the Avengers-based questions. Jimmy asked if the Hulk is actually secretly a shapeshifting alien called Skrulls? Remember Skrulls? From 'Captain Marvel'? Yep. Of course, the red light indicating that he's lying lit up. Does this mean he is a Skrull? Wait. What? Next up, “Are there any hidden clues in the latest 'Avengers' trailer that no one has figured out yet?” He was lying, we need to get to work now! Next question was about the Hulk's love life. Jimmy asked, “If Bruce Banner and Black Widow finally get together romantically in the new movie?” Well, are we getting a pairing no one asked for? Now, it's time for a question that he actually answered truthfully. “Is Don Cheadle sexier than you?” Well, he got one at least. Then come the big guns. After bringing out a The Hulk action figure, Jimmy straight up asks “Do you ever play with yourself?” Umm, it's okay Mark, we understand, but what are you doing? Now, the biggest question we've had since 'Infinity War' - “Is everyone who disappeared from the snap from Thanos actually gone or is there any way they can come back?” What an exit! Here's the entire video: He even talked about how everyone thinks Noah Centineo looks like a younger version of him. Well, Noah is on board about playing his dad. Son? https://t.co/PsRgpTmB17 — Noah (@noahcent) March 14, 2019 And then, Mark had some jokes on Instagram. 11. A lot of hardcore fans of the superhero genre have criticised the newest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) for bad CGI and questionable casting choices (mainly for Brie Larson as Captain Marvel) while comparing the movie to DC's Wonder Woman, which admittedly is way better than Captain Marvel. Frankly, the movie was squeezed into the MCU timeline just to introduce one of the most powerful characters of the Marvel comics into the Cinematic Universe just ahead of the grand finale, 'Avengers: Endgame'. Even if some people decide to skip this one, there would be little to no information that would have been missed out on, maybe other than the mid-credit scene, which only looks like a scene from the movie. However, if you did choose to become a part of Carol Danvers' journey to becoming the superhuman that she is now, you might have left the theatres with some new, unresolved questions in your head. Spoilers Ahead. Why Did Fury Not Call Captain Marvel Before? Let's start with the most obvious one. Danvers told Fury to only give her a shout for a real emergency. If you ask us, New York City flooded with an army of combat-ready aliens ready to invade the planet to subjugate its people does feel like a big emergency. Why did he not, even once, mention anything about the strongest person/weapon he knew during the events of the first Avengers? How Is Fury Aware Of The Acronym 'S.H.I.E.L.D.' Yet? Throughout the movie, Fury calls his division - the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement & Logistics Division - by its acronym, S.H.I.E.L.D.? The events of the movie take place in 1995 when Agent Coulson was only a rookie. The idea of coming up with a shorter name for their organisation was clearly recommended by Pepper Potts during the first installment of 'Iron Man', which according to the MCU timeline takes place in 2008 and even then, Coulson said that they were “working on it”. How Did Mar-Vell Get Hold Of The Tesseract? At the end of 'Captain America: The First Avenger', we see that Howard Stark was able to salvage the Tesseract after Steve Rogers crashed the Hydra jet into the ocean. Also, Avengers (2012) shows us that the space stone was in possession of Fury. Then how was it that Doctor Mar-vell was able to take away the Infinity Stone from the extremely secure hands of a top-secret organisation like S.H.I.E.L.D.? And if that was the case then why weren't Fury & Co. actively searching for it? What Happened To 'Goose' The Cat/Flerken? Late in the second half of the movie, Fury realises that the cat he got attached to so much so quickly was actually an alien of 'High Risk Level' who could swallow multiple full-sized humans consecutively. The Flerken also swallows the Tesseract and according to the post-credit scene, coughs it out onto Fury's desk. But, what's next for Goose? Did Fury continue to keep him as a pet cat? Did he eat other people as well? Did he leave with Danvers on her expedition to free different worlds from evil? We need to know!
  12. Ever since making her debut in 2013, Smriti Mandhana has come a long way to becoming a vital cog in the Indian women's cricket team. On the back of consistent performances, the left-hander has become one of the batting mainstays for her side across the formats. Her majestic strokeplay and ability to mould her innings have been the prime reasons why she is India's preferred opener. Such has been her batting performances that, in February, Mandhana became the world's no. 1 batswoman in One-Day Internationals (ODIs). She is also placed sixth in the list of top batswoman in Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). One of the key members of the Indian women's team, the youngster has aided her side in crunch situations more often, than not. © Red Bull The 22-year-old's outstanding achievements in cricket also earned her the coveted Arjuna Award in 2018. In the same year, the International Cricket Council (ICC) also awarded her the Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Award for the best female cricketer of 2018. She was also named the ODI Player of the Year in 2018. While Mandhana's batting might has been well known around the globe, she has successfully managed to keep her personal life under wraps all this while. But, not anymore. In one of its first, the Red Bull athlete took the 'Quirky Questions Quiz' and spilt the beans on her real-life secrets. Q. If you had one hour left on Earth what would you do? A. Half an hour batting and the other half with my friends and family. Q. If you were not a cricketer what would you be? A. I would be a chef. It's been a long time I've been cooking. Earlier, I used to get time to cook. And, I've also taken classes of cooking Punjabi dishes. I use to love making paneer tikka masala and all. Q. What are the destinations on your travel bucket list? A. Right now, Switzerland and Austria. Q. What do you do on your day offs? A. I love sleeping and watching movies. Q. One cricketer you want to partner with? A. Australian captain Meg Lanning. I really admire her batting and it would be great to bat alongside her. Q. A well-kept locker room secret? A. If it's a secret well kept, it should be well kept in the locker room only. Q. What are you scared of the most? A. Crossing the road scares me the most. And, I also can't watch horror movies at all. Q. Pineapple on pizza? A. No, not at all.
  13. The International Cricket Council or the ICC's quarterly meet is currently taking place in Dubai, with the agenda of India boycotting the World Cup match up against Pakistan set to be discussed on the final day of the assembly on 2nd March ie; tomorrow. Until now, the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) has shown concerns only about the security of the Indian cricket team, its players, management and the various Indian officials that will join the Indian squad for the World Cup come June. "On behalf of the BCCI, Rahul Johri raised concerns for the safety and security of the Indian team, match officials and the Indian Fans, at the CEC Meeting," a BCCI official told the Press Trust of India (PTI) on Wednesday. ICC has taken into account all the concerns shown by Johri and his team and has assured the BCCI officials that they will do everything within their jurisdiction to provide maximum security to the said personnel. However, no talks of whether the Indian cricket team will or won't be boycotting the match against Pakistan in London and Wales has been initiated as yet. Almost certain that the said agenda will surface either today or tomorrow, one of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials has come out and questioned the practicality of BCCI's impending decision on the boycott. “Pakistan's stance is that if India wants to give a walkover, it can't do anything about it. But it will pose a question as to what happens if both countries again qualify to meet each other in the knockout stages,” said the official. While the BCCI is campaigning for other ICC member nations to “sever ties with the nation from which terrorism emanates” in accordance with some of the cricketing legends such as Sourav Ganguly and Harbhajan Singh, other pundits like Sachin Tendulkar and Sunil Gavaskar believe that sports and politics should not be intertwined and believe that India should not only play their neighbouring rivals but also beat them, forcing them out of the knockouts. Johri along with the officials of the Committee of Administrators (CoA) also came up with an idea to force foreign cricketers to choose between playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Pakistan Super League (PSL). However, after discussing the idea in detail, no actions were taken up it as it was deemed as 'bad for business' by the IPL franchise owners. Is boycotting Pakistan during the ICC World Cup 2019 a bad idea? Yes. Why? Find out here.
  14. Being playful as a trait, we feel, is extremely underrated in the domain of fashion. Yes, looking sharp, smart, and sophisticated are important, but the thing that brings out the spunk of the outfits and lets one take a look at the relaxed, easygoing side of the soul of the wearer's style statement, is the element of playfulness. 15. 2019 in Bollywood, seems to be the year of love stories which do not follow the clichéd route of a generic, normal routine of boy-meets-girl. The upcoming movie 'Luka Chuppi' explores the complicated concept of a live-in relationship in India, 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' was about queer romance and now, 'Photogragh' is coming our way and it looks like an unusual love story as well. The movie follows the story of a struggling street photographer played by Nawaz who convinces a Gujarati girl called 'Noorie' to pose as his fiancée for his ailing grandmother. He clicks a picture of Noorie which intrigues her and thus, they form a bond which is unusual yet special in its own way. © Amazon studios The trailer doesn't give out much and leaves us intrigued until the end. However, we totally trust the duo to give us a fabulous movie given their track record of stellar acting. Their story will unfold on 15th March 2019.

  17. If it is hard for a newcomer to make an impact with their first movie in Bollywood, it's harder, considerably more so, when one gets launched in a movie and has to share screen-space with a super established actor. This was precisely what Rohan Mehra had to face, when he made his foray into the big bad world of Bollywood, that too alongside a giant like Saif Ali Khan. However, that did not stop the lad from making an instant connection with the audience with his effortless charm and acting chops - something he seems to have inherited from his father, the iconic Mr Vinod Mehra. © MensXP Outfit Credits: T-Shirt: H&M Bomber: Nor Black Nor White Trousers: H&M Eyewear: Burberry at Luxottica It may only be the beginning for Rohan when it comes to Bollywood, but he already has established himself as a style icon among the youngsters of the country. While we want to know hacks on seemingly superficial topics such as how to look good without clothes, we also want to delve deep and discuss bigger issues such as body positivity, acceptance, how to deal with insecurities, and also how to move past difficulties and strive to reach the best version of oneself. Our 'Body Love' expert here is actor Dheeraj Dhoopar. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 1. One food item you should never, ever eat? I feel one must never eat anything made out of refined flour (Maida). It has no nutritional value at all and causes a lot of problems later on in life. 2. The one body part you should never ignore when it comes to workout? The one body part that is ignored the most but must never be ignored is legs. Working out legs has the most benefits, amongst all the body parts. It helps develop cardio vascular strength, helps burn fat faster and also helps in increasing metabolic rate. 3. Natural fuzz vs. waxed/trimmed body hair? I feel trimming body hair is the most convenient, and hence is the best. It saves a lot of time, and also does not affect the skin adversely. If someone naturally has less body hair, then nothing like that. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 4. Grooming essentials - what are the products you can't do without? I can't do without my perfume, and I definitely cannot do without my hair products. I have a lot of them and I keep buying new stuff to experiment with. Whenever I travel out of country I make it to point to get new products, or products that are not easily available. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 5. Shave down there or trim it? I feel trimming is better any day. Saves time and effort. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 6. Best lighting for clicking nudes (or just for the boudoir)? I think natural light during monsoon season is the best when it some to shooting nudes. That light is uniform and one can play with it to any extent as it's not too harsh. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 7. Did you ever face any insecurity about your own body? What did you do to deal with it? I have never faced any insecurity with my body. I know my body well and I know what suits my body. One thing I know is that I have a tendency to put on weight, and so I make it a point to only eat and drink what my body can handle. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 8. What is the toughest challenge according to you, when it comes to obtaining and maintaining a body in its peak shape? I feel the toughest challenge is to keep at it forever. One may attain a good physique but maintaining it forever it the toughest thing to do. A lot of mental toughness and will power is required to continue doing that. 9. Not everyone is content with the way their body looks. How do you suggest one should deal with it? One most know their body to the core. Once you understand your body, you will be comfortable with whoever you are. I don't think anyone who meets you will judge you on your body, because there are a lot of other things you need to work on before you focus on that. © Dheeraj Dhoopar 10. The lines are constantly thinning, when it comes to what is beautiful and what is not. Body positivity is slowly catching up, and the 'accepted standards' of beauty and fitness are getting questioned. What are your views about it? I completely support it, as there can't be any set parameters to judge anyone physically, especially since we live in a society. I feel getting comfortable with our own body by accepting the flaws makes us open to various other forms of body types around us, which is essential for our own mental well-being.

Our 'Body Love' expert here is actor Kunal Kapoor. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 1. One food item you should never, ever eat? I believe one should consciously avoid eating fried food. I grew up eating fried food, and the college I went to had the best Pav-Vada. I, however, have given it up completely, and haven't indulged in it since the past two years or so. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 2. The one body part you should never ignore when it comes to workout? Legs. Unfortunately, in our country, it's always somehow about 'looking fit' than actually being fit. It's always about looking muscular and filling up the T-shirts. So people don't really work on their legs - which is absolutely unhealthy, not to mention unaesthetic. Apart from legs, glutes are also important when it comes to overall fitness, not only to look hot in a pair of jeans, but to maintain a healthy core as well. Also, we should also train the smaller muscles in our body regularly, that often gets ignored, thereby causing muscular imbalances and injuries. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 3. Natural fuzz vs. waxed/trimmed body hair? I'm absolutely comfortable with the natural fuzz, but I'm open to trimming or waxing if a role demands it. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 4. Grooming essentials - what are the products you can't do without? A good face wash, a good perfume (I have a huge collection of perfumes), and a nail-cutter. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 5. Shaving Vs. trimming? Shaving seems to be a lot of work. Trimming is far easier. Anyway I like my stubble, so trimming it is. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 6. Best lighting for clicking shirtless pictures? Till this point, honestly, I never thought about it. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 7. Did you ever face any insecurity about your own body? What did you do to deal with it? I did, of course. Even though the popular belief runs that only overweight people get body shamed, it's not true. I was skinny as a kid, was always conscious of it. I tried to deal with it by taking up physically demanding stuff, in order to prove myself in front of other kids. I discovered the magic of exercising and workouts when I was about 16, and have never looked back since. I started doing martial arts, push-ups, pull-ups, and also started going to the gym. Even though I did it mainly to just look good at that point in time, it proved to be life-changing. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 8. What is the toughest challenge according to you, when it comes to obtaining and maintaining a body in its peak shape? I have a terrible sweet tooth. I can finish off mithhai boxes or bars of chocolates in minutes. Even though I control it well now-a-days, it's still challenging for me. Also, I'm an overall foodie who comes from a family where everything is cooked in desi ghee and food is rich and delicious overall. Ghee is good for you, btw, provided you limit the consumption in case you're trying to build an aesthetically appealing physique. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 9. Not everyone is content with the way their body looks. How do you suggest one should deal with it? I think the only way to deal with that is to look at it with a different approach. One should of course try to look good, but that should never be the aim with which they should plan their workouts. The goal should be to always be stronger than what you were yesterday. That way, you remain consistent, and automatically gain a better physique. I have seen really strong looking, muscular people who can't even touch their toes. What's the point of such shallow satisfaction in terms of how your body looks if it's not strong and flexible enough? Also, you should have fun while working out. Remember how we used to do somersaults and cartwheels effortlessly as children, and can't seem to do it any more when we are adults? Perhaps that's just because we forget to have fun once we grow up. © Instagram/kunalkkapoor 10. The lines are constantly thinning, when it comes to what is beautiful and what is not. Body positivity is slowly catching up, and the 'accepted standards' of beauty and fitness are getting questioned. What are your views about it? One should stop following trends, because they are just that - trends, and they will keep changing. What a body should look like will keep changing, and you can't keep up with that. What one needs to look at is their overall well-being. By that, I don't mean only physical well-being, but their mental and emotional well-being as well, and there can be multiple ways to achieve that. For example, I do an hour of meditation every morning, and that seems to help me out a lot in terms of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. So all one needs to focus on is what they feel about their own physique, and their own health, rather than focusing on what the world thinks about it.

  22. Who better to answer the most googled questions about anurag kashyap and vikramaditya motwane than the two sacred games directors themselves?

The one body part you should never ignore when it comes to workout? I'd say legs. You should always train legs. © Instagram/saqibsaleem 3. Natural fuzz vs. waxed/trimmed body hair? Best lighting for clicking nudes (or just for the boudoir)? Why would I click nudes? I don't click nudes. © Instagram/saqibsaleem 7. Did you ever face any insecurity about your own body? What did you do to deal with it? I was a little chubby as a kid, but somehow the fat didn't make me conscious about anything. I was a sportsman. I played sports & it was all good. I eventually lost that extra weight. © Instagram/saqibsaleem 8. What is the toughest challenge according to you, when it comes to obtaining and maintaining a body in its peak shape? The toughest challenge is the diet - to get the food right & to keep it really clean. That's undoubtedly the toughest thing when it comes to maintaining a body in its peak shape. © Instagram/saqibsaleem 9. Not everyone is content with the way their body looks. How do you suggest one should deal with it? One should just be happy with whatever they have while always trying to be a better version of themselves. One should always motivate themselves, and push themselves to try and be a better person, along with working towards a better body everyday. It's essentially an everyday affair. © Instagram/saqibsaleem 10. The lines are constantly thinning, when it comes to what is beautiful and what is not. Body positivity is slowly catching up, and the 'accepted standards' of beauty and fitness are getting questioned. What are your views about it? I think one should concentrate on just being fit, rather than 'looking fit'. You don't need to have a six pack to be fit. You're fit if you can comfortably finish a 5 km run, irrespective of what people say. All I care about, superficially, is just looking good in all sorts of outfit - right from jackets to T-shirts. That is sustainable and would suffice for me.
  24. I entered the movie hall with a mixed perception in my head, thanks to some of the reviews (spoiler-free) I ended up reading online a day before. However, being a Potterhead I knew that not even one second would disappoint, but what I did not expect, was to keep getting the wind knocked out of me in intervals right unto the last goddamn moment! via GIPHY I had booked a Thursday night show, for which surprisingly not a lot of people showed up. So it was literally 30 odd people in the hall, who turned out to be diehard Potterheads like me. At one point after the intermission, we all ended up sitting together. Strangers yet united in love for the fandom. The unanimous “Ooooohhh” and “Aaaaaaah” and “F*****ck” was proof that we were all on the same page, as we tried to take in revelation after revelation and punched each other at every Harry Potter reference that was made. (I have a purple bruise on my arm now.) via GIPHY Look, I am not a severe critic. I don't make 'in-depth' analysis and break down the movie frame by frame and look for what went wrong. If my jaw is on the floor by the end, or I am a sobbing mess, or I am left with unending questions...that's proof that the movie has burned itself into my brain. And that is exactly what happened with 'The Crimes of Grindelwald'. via GIPHY Don't worry, I am not going to give out a single spoiler in this, however, I will let you in on a tip: The trailers are useless. Do not go into the movie hall with a very exciting notion about a particular clip you saw in the many trailers. Trust me when I say, the trailers do not give away literally anything from the movie. Yes, there is Nagini. Yes, Credence is back. Yes, Grindelwald and Dumbledore were 'closer than brothers', but that's about it. The rest of the movie, despite giving you the knowledge of these crucial things, will hit Potterheads like a freight train. via GIPHY A lot of reviews have called this movie 'miserable', 'disastrous' and 'muddled' and I just have one word for them: Muggles. via GIPHY So I have decided to list out things that, in my opinion, make this movie, a worthy sequel to 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them'. via GIPHY Eddie Redmayne continues to be a pure delight as the gentle, eccentric beast-loving Newt Scamander, who now finds himself burdened with a pretty massive mission by Albus Dumbledore. The kind-hearted Newt finds himself having to some touch decision which he never thought he would have to make, and I found myself sympathising for his dilemma. via GIPHY Jude Law almost steals Redmayne's thunder as the young, brilliant and ever so charismatic Albus Dumbledore, who finds himself facing his old friend-turned-nemesis Gellert Grindelwald. But, as you've seen in the trailers, he “can't move against” him, however, the reason may not be what you are thinking. © Warner Brothers There are a bunch of new beasts, who look absolutely incredible, but the entire hall collectively lost it when the baby Nifflers appeared on the screen. I swear, I thoughts Nifflers were freaking adorable, but nothing prepared me to see an even cuter version of the creature. And now, yes, getting to the part I know you want me to talk about: Credence and Nagini. How the two find each other is not as important as what they do when they are at the crossroads of their destiny. © Warner Brothers Credence is now fully aware of his powers but lands in Paris in search of answers to his past, and that is where Grindelwald comes in. He finds solace in Nagini, the Maledictus, who like him is 'different' and hates how she is forced to do someone else's bidding. Of course, every Potterhead knows that Grindelwald was not more terrifying than Voldemort, however, this movie makes it very clear, especially in one particular scene, that the dark wizard is equally capable of committing unspeakable horrors with a simple gesture, just “for the greater good”. via GIPHY Johnny Depp is brilliant as Grindelwald, channelling the dark wizard's calm yet ominously powerful presence, as he is on a mission to bring Purebloods to power and gather as many wizards as he can on his side. via GIPHY There is a lot going on in the movie, from Hogwarts flashbacks to the backstories of many crucial characters, which is why I must advise you this: ensure you are fully focused at all times. You cannot afford to miss out on anything, because everything is connected. You also need to know the books back and forth to be able to make most of the connections. via GIPHY God, I am dying to tell you the 'big thing' that happens, but of course, I won't. But believe me when I say that none of you will be ready for it. I along with the rest of the Potterheads in the hall was practically falling off my seat and clutching my head in disbelief when that particular scene unfolded. Okay. I won't say anything else. Gah, this is hard! Okay, NOW proceed with caution, as the copy has MAJOR SPOILERS. (Read on, only if you have watched the movie.) I have been holding myself back in this entire copy, and now I am going to pour out all the major questions I had by the end of the movie: . When did Abernathy switch with Grindelwald in the prison? Was Abernathy under the Imperious curse or was his allegiance genuine? How in the name of Merlin did he get a forked tongue?? . Why was the symbol of Grindelwald not splashed everywhere? In the last movie, he gave a chain with a pendant sporting his symbol on it to Credence, so why did we not see it anywhere in the movie, except that one time when Leta Lestrange goes back to Hogwarts and looks at her old desk, where the symbol is carved in there. . Did Grindelwald's henchmen actually seek out Queenie or did they stumble upon her in Paris? Did they want her on their side because she was a Legilimens, or because she was the sister of an Auror? Why was Grindelwald bent upon having her on his team? (Watching Queenie go over to the bad side broke my heart.) . Did the Mirror of Erised scene with Dumbledore and Grindelwald confirm their 'closer than brothers' relationship? Also, how did Dumbledore already have the Elder wand when they were young and were friends? . What the **** was that skull/hookah pipe thing Grindelwald was carrying around? Who did it belong to? What was its purpose and its power? . Okay, the big one now…Credence is revealed to be…Aurelius Dumbledore! (I nearly passed out when this happened). How is he related to Albus? In no way is he his direct brother if you know your timeline, so how are they 'brothers', if we go by what Grindelwald tells him. Oh, God is he lying to Credence? But then how did the Phoenix appear? I won't comment on any food item, but I strongly advise against taking fat burners. I always see youngsters ingesting fat burners without any proper guidance, and that should be a complete no-no, for your general well-being in the future. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 2. The one body part you should never ignore when it comes to workout? Legs, for sure. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 3. Natural fuzz vs. waxed/trimmed body hair? I have never waxed my body. I'd say trimmed. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 4. Grooming essentials - what are the products you can't do without? The basics. Perfume and Vitamin E cream suffice for me. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 5. Shave down there or trim it? It really depends on the occasion. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 6. Best lighting for clicking shirtless pictures / nudes (or just for the boudoir)? Again, depends on the kind of picture I'm going for, but I'd say top lighting doesn't work for me, even though it's popular. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 7. Did you ever face any insecurity about your own body? What did you do to deal with it? I'm still insecure about my body. I feel that is what takes me to the gym every day. I feel that's not essentially a bad thing, because while I'm not obsessed with it, I don't want to feel complacent as well. I feel it's okay to feel that way, because even the most successful bodybuilders are not completely happy with their body. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 8. What is the toughest challenge according to you, when it comes to obtaining and maintaining a body in its peak shape? Diet, without a doubt. It's extremely difficult to strictly maintain a diet all year round. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 9. Not everyone is content with the way their body looks. How do you suggest one should deal with it? No one can be perfect. Perfection is a myth. Especially, with the advent of social media, especially Instagram, the pressure of obtaining a particular standard has been mounting on everyone. I feel instead of chasing something unrealistic, one should actually work towards something sustainable, and what they feel at peace with. Even the best of bodybuilders aren't 100% happy with their physiques, but they strive to achieve what matters to them. We should take a cue from them and work towards goals that we ourselves have set, and not participate in someone else's race. © Instagram/soorajpancholi 10. The lines are constantly thinning, when it comes to what is beautiful and what is not. Body positivity is slowly catching up, and the 'accepted standards' of beauty and fitness are getting questioned. What are your views about it? I think it's amazing. I feel body positivity is essential because it boosts everyone's self-confidence. One doesn't need to have an eight pack to look good. A little bit of tummy or curves are beautiful in their own way, and everyone needs to understand this. A quintessential 'beach' body might look aesthetically appealing from outside, but it's not necessarily healthy if it's loaded with steroids. I think people should focus more on being actually fit, rather than focusing on looking fit. If you feel fit, you are automatically beautiful, and no other validation is required post that.
