Sausage Kebab
Ingredients

Beef Boti ½ kg

Egg 1

Onion Finely Chopped1 cup

Bread (sliced) 4

Gram Flour ½ cup

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Garam Masala 1 tsp

Chili Powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Cumin Seeds (roasted ,crushed) 1 tsp

Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp

Hot oil 2 tbsp

METHOD

Boil beef boti with ginger garlic paste without water for 10 mins till its water dries, cool and grind in chopper mix in it soaked bread slices, gram flour, dry seasonings, hot oil, mix all well, add in coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, onions make into sausage shaped kebabs, and deep fry.
