Not only in the streets and on roads, Independence Day was also celebrated in the air, when Momina Mustehsan held a concert on a Pakistan International Airlines flight.

The famous singer got the passengers and crew members moving with her songs, especially the patriotic numbers.

The flight was en route to Karachi from Islamabad on the eve of Independence Day.

Among the songs she sang included Dil Dil Pakistan and the one that went viral after her Coke Studio performance, Afreen Afreen.

TV host Anoushey Ashraf was also on board in the same flight where Mustehsan?s concert took place.

Lately, Mustehsan has been active with her music on occasions special to the nation.

For instance, she sang for Islamabad United, a team in the Pakistan Super League, throughout the season. The singer was also named the empowerment champion of the team.
