A Plane Narrowly Escaped 3 Tornadoes In Russia And The Hair-Raising Footage Has Gone Viral

A video of an airplane narrowly escaping 3 tornadoes during a storm in Russia has gone viral. The footage shows the plane manoeuvring through not one but three tornadoes over the Black Sea. The footage was captured by bewildered eye witnesses and it looks terrifying.

Over 12 tornadoes were seen jetting over the Black Sea recently and the passenger plane was unfortunately caught amidst 3 of them. The plane was on a descent to Sochi, a city in Russia. Luckily enough, the pilot managed to steer clear of the tornadoes, even though it appeared that the plane was flying chillingly close to them. Watch the footage below:

The stormy weather conditions on Sochi caused a lot of flights to be delayed and some were even diverted to nearby cities. This plane, however, had to fly right through. People have been sharing their own nightmarish photos capturing the storm that has affected Sochi in the past few days.

One such tornado was particularly in news due to its weird 90 degree angle:

Tornadoes can wreck anything that comes in their way; most can achieve speeds of around 180 km per hour. Tornadoes with speeds of over 480 km per hour have also been recorded. It's a miracle the plane survived unscathed.
